Their Burgers are normally good, but this time they were sloppily made. The tomatoes were soft & soggy and the lettuce was... soggy and limp. Two of our burgers were missing onions. I normally like extra onions on my burgers, so you can imagine mydisappointment. We were really looking forward to enjoying our meal. We spent $27.00 and this was with a $7.00 on-line orderdiscount so it would've been $34.00 The only thing we enjoyed were the tater tots because the burgers just didn't taste good.Just wasted my money. Oh yeah called the restaurant to complain about the burgers not being made correctly and I was told wereclosed now, but you can come back tomorrow and we will give you onions. What the hell am I going to do with onions. Very poorcustomer service. Well, I eventually tried the burger and I couldn't stomach it. My husband described his burger as tastinggreasy. I am seriously thinking about putting it in the fridge and taking them back tomorrow. Read more
Par excellent HALAL burgers with fresh tasting beef and excellent cheeses. Quality/management issue: We found a giant hair in... our food!! We are looking forward for this be addressed and hopefully to come by again sooner than later. Read more
Definite 5 stars - Burgers are fairly priced for the portions but more than that it was just fresh! Beef Patty tasted like a... quality homemade one and crumbled because it's real beef. Veggies were crispy and fresh and the onion rings are some of the bestI've ever tried. The menu had food for everyone with vegetarian options and chicken as well. The interior was clean and fitwith the fast casual theme. Nothing to WOW you because the food will do that. Read more
The food was awful . $35 bucks for this? We ordered chilli cheese fries.We got home to limp wet cheese fries and crumbled... burgers. The burgers didn?t even include the bacon that came with the burger. Our food was accompanied by limp lettuce and oldtomatoes. Only go here if it?s your last choice, Even then I would still recommend dirt. Read more
Food is alright (really enjoyed the chili cheese fries and Oreo milkshake) but the staff isn?t great. My husband went in for a... takeout menu and instead of the cashier handing him a decent one off the top?she lifts the stack to give him the dirtiest one onthe bottom of the pile. Never in my life have I gone to a burger spot and had a patty like this! This isn?t even a patty. I can tell NO effort was put... into making this burger and we waited 30 MINUTES FOR IT!! Never again! If they weren?t so far I would go return this trash. Iliterally have 2 onions on this thing and barely any of the 4 sauces I requested. What type of service is this. This place is all right. The individuals that work there didn't really speak or understand English that well. Everything is... build your own, which I like. But there really wasn't any explanation on how to do it or what was the items there. Like thedifferent kind of sauces so on and so forth. I thought I was getting a single patty end up getting a double patty. They only putsauce on one bun and I had to rearrange all my vegetables out of the single stack I had. But still a decent burger. The hot dogwasn't anything impressive but it worked. Once again build your own. But the kicker is when I ask for tater tots with chili andcheese and they charge me a $1.50 for the chili and cheese but yet put $0.35 worth of chili and cheese on them. After I askedfor more chili upon seeing how much was on it. About 2 oz. but she just smiled and she didn't understand. After about four orfive tots there was no more chilli, only unmelted shredded cheese. I would like to try the shakes but I really don't think I'mever going to return. Was visiting the area and this place was recommended. Burgers were amazing. Saw the 9 patty burger, figured it was just a... gimmick, but I'm always willing to try a gimmick at least once. I figured the burger wouldn't actually be any good, but to mysurprise, it was actually amazing. It was moist and actually tasted great. Decided to get it a second day because I was soimpressed, and it still tasted great. One item of note, on the first day, each patty was discernible, but on the second day, itlooked like one big mess. This didn't bother me, but may bother other people. Also, the Cheeeesy Burger, which I had later, as Ihad no room after the 9 patty, was great too. However, the chilli fries were sad and not good and I would recommend avoiding. Read more
