This Waffle ???? house (#1885) is the best by far. The booths and counter areas were clean, the food was delicious and staff... excellent. My waitress greeted me with a smile and welcomed me as I walked in. She took my order quickly and when it arrived sheasked if I needed any condiments. She even checked on me throughout my meal. That's something that's done at fine dining spots. She waited on a customer who never been to WH before, the customer couldn't decide on the kind of waffle to order. The waitressmade several suggestions based on the customer's dietary needs. Wow!! Seems like it?s always something going on with this Waffle House, either they close early, open late or is just closed for no... reason. When there open it?s not too bad but seems like u gotta catch on a rare occasion. Think they need new ownership ormanagement, y?all get it together. Can?t be in a prime location and not be open half the time. Read more
The food was good but this was one of the dirtiest Waffle Houses I?ve been too. The counters were wiped with a dirty rag, the... floors were awful. Christine who I?m assuming was the manager was great. Reno the cook was awesome, and very attentive and weactually handed our tip straight to him. This is what bothered me the most. There was a young man there named Labraleon. When wefirst got there he did halfway wipe down a table or 2. After that He just stood in one spot, for 30 minutes straight and didnothing! There were bathrooms to be cleaned, floors to be swept, customers to be attended to and he did nothing. This wasnoticed by my husband and and the other customers. I even heard Christine mention to him about how relaxed he was. She needs tolight a fire under his behind. But she was great and so was Reno. Read more
Refused to take orders because they didn?t want to work any longer. An employee?s cousin stopped us at the door and told us to... leave. Don?t waste your time here. They obviously don?t want to work at all. There were 3 groups denied in the few minutes wetried to go in. Read more
We have to order online but it gives you an estimate on what time your food will be fobe which is accurate. Unc did the damn... thing cuz I haven?t had Waffle House in some years and I super smashed my food ???? Read more
Left after waiting 15 minutes to have my order taken. Guy on one end sent me to the dedicated to-go order line. She was... managing a big group and someone with a long order list. I asked if I could order with him since it was busy on the other side(and he had the time). He told me it wasn't busy on the other side. Waited a bit more before having to leave so my parkingvalidation wouldn't run out. Read more
This is arguably the best Waffle House of all. I've heard before it's the highest annual sales location in the whole chain, but... I don't know that for certain. I do know the service is always quick and the food is excellent. This is an excellent choice fora quick breakfast. Read more
Sunday breakfast is hard to get in Atlanta without a long wait. Refreshingly fast service after attempting to eat at Java Jive.... Great service and great tasting food. Read more
