I always enjoy getting food from this location, but I waited too long the other night. I went to this Waffle House around... 7:00pm, waited a few minutes, was told that I would be helped in "just a second" and ended up waiting a few more minutes(hundreds of seconds) before I decided to go elsewhere for dinner. If you have 1 to 2 hours to spend, then this place is theperfect fit for you! However, if you are going for a faster dining option then I'd recommend checking out other places to eat inthe area. It?s a Saturday 3:00am and the Waffle House line was packed with a bunch of drunk people and Lucas and Lashaun did great! They... were organized & polite. The cooks were amazing as my food was exactly how I ordered it. This staff gets a 10 out of 10. Thankyou. Read more
Horrible service. Dirty dining room. Tables still had food on them. The cook waited till my party of three had sat down before... telling me that their dining room was closed. Only one other person was in the restaurant and they were sitting at the breakfastbar. I'll go to another Waffle House with better customer service. Read more
I had a great time. The coffee was excellent, our food was good and came out in a good time, and our waitress was both friendly... and attentive. They were busy enough that there was a line, but they were totally on top of it. They even made me a BLT eventhough it wasn't actually on their current menu. Read more
I come to different restaurants or venues often to scene and environment check. I?m a critique I love food & thrive on good... service. The second I walked into this establishment the energy was greeting, prompt to take orders and service you. I steppedback and watched the kitchen crew who literally worked in uniform on this busy Sunday afternoon. Major kudos to this team, andthe manager on duty. You guys are going a wonderful job!!! Literally every time I order from this location it?s a bad experience. Considering all 3 locations are horrible, I keep coming... back to this one because sadly it?s the cleanest. I placed an online order because it?s always busy. I purposefully waited 30Minutes pass my order ready time because I know they are always running behind, only to get there and it?s still not ready. Ithen tell the cashier to cancel my order and give me a refund. She ignores the request and makes me wait anyway. Clearly this iswhat I was trying to avoid. On top of all of this her cook ruined my order. My grits were clumpy, the patty melt I ordered hadno onions or bacon, the waffle was half done, and the bread was burnt. I am not kidding when I say this was the best Waffle House food experience I had ever had. The food came out perfect. Everything... was so good so much so that one day later my fiancé and I are talking about how good the food was.
