Awesome Waffle House experience. The whole staff was super friendly and very entertaining. One lady was singing while we ate,... she was singing Whitney Houston?s ?When you believe? and honestly it added to whole the experience. I didn?t know your name butif you read this, please never stop singing, we loved you. Our server was top notch, very sweet. As far as the food qualitygoes, it was pretty good as far as Waffle Houses go. Portion size of the country ham was generous (basically a whole pork chop).My only complaint is that it was a little too salty for my liking. Still, I would definitely recommend this Waffle House. Idk y waffle house is open 24/7 if their staff doesn't want to work over night. I came to this WH around 2:30am 9/16. Ordered 2... steak sandwiches. Both sandwiches were sooooo soggy and gross. Way too much cheese and nasty bacon. Went back in and asked forit to be remade. The male cook gave me new, toasted, bread. Terrible service. Both the cook and "manager" were in a vehiclehanging out. Rude waitress her name was Tequya or something like that she got upset due to me asking for a clean rag to wipe my own table she... decided not to serve me and tell another waitress to serve me which I was fine but I was there at least 15 min before theyhelped me out since the other waiter had all her tables dirty 3 customer came in after me and were served before me I did as forthe manager , the waitress?s if I could be discreet about it since quote ?she did not want drama being started? Great costumer service our server was great ???? she was always smiling the cook did a great job the food was delicious
I visit this location normally on a Fri or Sat night. I had a concern from the last visit. I called the location spoke to the... manager about my concern. The manager was professional, understanding and immediately looked into mu concern. She called me backwithin 30 minutes, we discussed it and the concern was resolved. The manager name is Ms. Nicki????. Ms. Nicki superceded myexperience with kindness and a smile! She even welcomed me to lunch on my next visit!! Thank you Ms. Nicki my lunch wasawesome!! Read more
After many many visits I can say that this is literally the worst Waffle House in the system . Absolutely some of ( not all )... the most retched rude employees anywhere ; manager that is usually on site has no control over her staff. Training manager wason site training a new waitress and was not helpful either although I would have been quiet as well with the aggressive staffthat was on the clock . Read more
