Horrible service. The so called server Lauren, is the worst employee of the year. Came in to place a Togo order after working... all day. They were not busy and no one was sitting at the bar area. I sat down and was told to get up and come to the registerto place a Togo order. 2ft away from where I was sitting. Then was told I could not sit there and wait for my order, even thoughno one was in there or waiting to dine there. I informed her I would for sure get up if someone came in. She insisted I go sitin a chair bu the bathroom or my car to wait. ARE YOU FOR REAL!! Then got a cooked involved, both rude beyond measure. Needlessto say, I just wanted a refund at this point. I will never go to this location again, as long as, Lauren is employed there.Reading the reviews, I see her picture in another RUDE scenario. Management, be active in these experiences. Im in the hospitality industry and when i say the staff in there tonight was AWFUL 11-18-22. Just rude, i get it its waffle... house but everyone should have standards, and they have none. i hope they enjoy working there bc nobody else will employ themacting like that. truly disgusting. Read more
Went to waffle house around 4 am and was told they were "closed". The woman at the counter started yelling and cursing us out... for no reason. The man came to the door and said they would be closed for an hour because they were gonna have the sidewalksprayed and he was cleaning the grill. He smelled like weed and eyes were red. As we walked away the woman continued to curseand yell for no reason. Very disappointed in this customer service. I also saw the employees fixing food for themselves. Read more
Amazing staff! They were slammed with dine in and take out customers when we entered. We found seating at the bar and watched... the most efficient team in action. The head cook kept his cool and guided the newer staff. Lead cook was outstanding and showsgreat leadership. The server Walt was communicative with the other two servers. Carmen was the most excellent server I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with at a Waffle House! Please give this... lovely woman a well-deserved raise. The food was excellent thanks to the cooks working the grill, the service was stellar thanksto the staff, and the resturant was clean and well managed. After years of being away from my home state this was a most welcomeexperience during my visit. We were most impressed and we plan to come back here again! Read more

BEST Waffle House I have EVER been to! The staff was nice, respectful, friendly and got our order and and togo order correct... which is always a plus. The food came our fast and most importantly FRESH AND HOT. Read more
I love stopping at this location to get breakfast before work. The food is always good and the customer service is exceptional.
