Went there this morning early. Cool/Manager Rodney and waitress were in the back and so it took 5 minutes of knocking and... another customer showing up before ANYONE came to the front window to get our orders. By this point I didn?t want anything butmy friend ordered his food and was refused service. Why? Because he pointed out the rude comments the cook/manager were saying.Rodney allowed the waitress to take my friends money then say he won?t serve him. I?ve already called corporate but Rodney don?tneed to be working late shifts no more he was cranky and rude and when I tried to step in and help he tried to bite my head offand y?all lucky I didn?t want to go to jail cause I was gone beat his @$$. Check them cameras as well cause like I said tookthem 5 minutes and they both came to the front at the same time. Can only guess what they were doing. Read more
Food was good. Waitress, Tye, was great. I watched her help another Customer, while waiting on my food, who was on her cell... phone trying to get another family member's order. Her patience with the patron on the phone trying to convey the familymember's order was outstanding!!! I got frustrated with the patron's back and forth trying to order the food. I would have toldher to get her family member's order together first, then order it. Read more
The service was good. The dining room was clean. This location has two take-out windows for late-night orders (since the dining... room is closed to customers during late evening hours). The restroom was fairly clean. The food was thoroughly cooked. Mysandwich had onions on it even though I said no onions. But, I didn't let it ruin my day. The rest of the food was madecorrectly. I would return here in the future. The cook told me that this location experiences late night drive-by shootingswithin the vicinity of this restaurant. The parking lot to this waffle house is only accessible via the "Circle-K Gas StationParking Lot". A jukebox was available to paying customers. Handicap parking, tables and restrooms were available to those whoneed them. Read more
I prefer that workers do not stand in front of the door and smoke. Also, none of the workers are wearing masks (which at this... point in the pandemic, that's fine I guess), but customers were asked to wait outside or in their cars while their food cooks.Like...why though?? Read more
The Waffle House at Memorial Dr. And Candler Rd?..it was bad and it?s my fault that I even allowed my mom to coerce me into... going there????! However, Antwone the cook was amazing so great that I tipped him and definitely not our server Alexis, sheshould?ve just said, ? So apparently they only do takeout orders in the morning until they get properly staffed which is no problem at all I don't mind... doing the takeout order. The waitress was very kind very sweet and also very patient. I got my food in less than 10 minutes, thecrazy part is it's only two people in there and they're running things like their full staff. I think I'm going to come back inthe evening or afternoon when they're fully staff and see how the service is but as of right now I absolutely love the serviceno complaints at all. Read more
Waffle House on a Saturday morning. I've had worst experiences. Renata was a delight. She wore her mask, but I could tell her... smile was genuine when we spoke. And I enjoyed that. I was vague on my order and she definitely brought me what I ordered. Iwon't punish her for my lack of communication skills. But I learned that I don't like mushrooms in my hashbrowns. And fullyloaded means chili and gravy could be added to your hashbrowns. Lesson learned! Always love my waffle. Planning a diet soon...so I gotta enjoy then while I can. Read more
