Worst Waffle House. The staff is rude. The young lady that took my to go order was pleasant, but that?s about it. The way I was... greeted was typical of Waffle House, but when I had a menu removed from my hands by an employee by the name of Yole (I thinkthat?s what I heard her name is) wearing a pink hat, that was the icing on the cake. Had my vehicle unfortunately break down in the area and I had to pull into the BP Gas Station next door from here. Very... saddening and upsetting, but I'm glad the staff here was able to let me chill out while I wait for the tow truck to pick up myvehicle. Worst Waffle House, and I frequent many. Ordered about 6 items Togo for 3 people. Only received 2 plastic utensils. Had to pay... $1 for an extra fork so the children could eat at the same time. Ordered a melt sandwich, no pickles on plate. Had to pay $.50for pickles. Ordered 2 waffles only gave me 1 syrup. All this after leaving more than 20% tip on top of the standard 10% Togofee. When I said something about having to pay for essential items multiple employees tried to argue with us. I?m pretty surethey are pocketing the money, as no other Waffle House in the area is charging for these type of things. Visited 6/18/22 Read more
Waffle House in Chamblee Brookhaven area on Clairmont rd near 85 & 75 South ramp is by far the bomb, the food is great, clean... safe environment, promo service and the management and employees are people friendly. I eat here frequently for a few years andoften find myself waiting to get to my area to eat, without a doubt I recommend this waffle House location in Atlanta Metro, seeyou at the Waffle House. The waitress was horrible she got my order wrong then she wanted to confront me about what she thought she said. Her name is... Aubree. They ran out of pork chops so she tried to substitute it with freezer burned chicken. The Waffle House off of I-85frontage earned this bad review. Bad food and bad service. Dont do it to yourself. I Just threw everything I ate back up avoidthis place for your own health. Plus i asked for double hash browns she messed that up as well. There was suppose to meltedcheese on top of it.
