This felt like I was living a real life SNL sketch about a terrible diner, except it?s not funny when it?s happening to you. Not... only were they understaffed, the staff that was there would oddly get sidetracked into conversations or loud arguments withother patrons of the restaurant who they seemed to know from their personal lives, so it took about an hour to get three simpletakeout meals with nobody waiting ahead of us. It was difficult to tell whether the restaurant was itself dirty or just sostained from poor maintenance that most things looked dirty. Also a strange touch were the dining chairs stacked into a barelyheld together pyramid in front of the restroom doors, which meant that nobody could use the bathroom. Avoid the feeling of beingin purgatory and make the short extra drive to an iHop or a McDonald?s! Read more
I have never had more terrible customer service in my entire life. We came into this Waffle House at 11. When trying to use the... bathroom I was told that the bathrooms are closed which is fine I understand, but I was told that I do not listen and she saidit 5 times already. I am hearing impaired. Someone said is she suppose to pee outside. The lady with a half sleeve on her rightarm (couldn?t catch a name since there was no name tag) told me I don?t care. As I was waiting she got very smart with two othercustomers. This was an awful experience and hope NO ONE HAS TO DEAL WITH THIS AGAIN. Read more
I would give this location a negative star, why? We stood waiting for almost 10 minutes for them to clear tables, only to be... told "we're not doing anymore inhouse orders only to go". I notice that this location is nasty, every table had dishes but thewaitress was just standing talk at the grill. Her attitude doesn'take it better because she saw us coming through the door andcould have said the are only doing to go orders. This was my first time in this location and I will never return to thislocation. Also, I have a photographic memory and if I see this waitress at any other restaurant I will request to sit inanother section. Read more

Worst customer service ever, I?ve ever experienced and coming to this Waffle House!!! Play tonight was it for me!!! I was... refused to use the bathroom because the ?HOST?told me that the bathroom was out of order because of Covid I went to the localgas station which is two minutes away!!! I visit this location on the regular matter of fact I came earlier this morning at7:00am and they didn?t even have a cook????????? 15 minutes I could?ve saved? Poor me thinking that everything was ok at thispoint! There?s no signs up stating that there are restrooms are out ?Because of Covid?! But I used the same restroom thismorning? Lazy employees! Terrible customer service I waited 25mins behind someone only for the cashier to tell me that the cook wasn't taking anymore... order. The cook told me the guys before me paid her a tip that's why she took their order. I'm definitely not paying extra moneyfor someone to do their job. The restaurant was not closed and there were other individuals awaiting their food as well. Youngpeople should not be in charge of a store without proper management. This Waffle House is always having issues, and they alwaysshut down when they are opened for 24hrs. Read more
