It?s Waffle House. You know what to expect. However, their prices have skyrocketed and the food quality has significantly... decreased. I find it to be an oxymoron. I understand inflation and that prices have to go up in order to stay afloat. But I alsobelieve that you raise your prices in order to continue to provide the same quality and portions. This is not happening here.The server we had was very attentive, which in this case was not a welcome sentiment because his personal hygiene was awful. The portions are well sized (depending on the cook). The prices have increased drastically. The customer service was great one... time I went. The lobby is closed and it is pick up window only at certain times. During these times, you must order something toeven use their bathroom facilities. Read more
Seriously disappointed in this place. I learned a valuable lesson this morning. Don't tip until after you get your food. Ordered... triple hashbrowns covered. Got a heavy double order dry, no covered found. Ordered a cheese, lettuce, mushroom and tomatosandwich. Got a grilled cheese with a couple small end pieces of lettuce on the side. No ketchup in the bag, and only one forkfor two orders. My meal was $15, then I tipped $8. So the 6 minutes to make my order, $8 wasn't enough to at the very least makesure it was correct? Wont be doing that again. Next time we'll just keep that tip off the charge until after i get what i paidfor. What a rip off. Read more
I just left this place because the customer service was horrible. I pass this location every morning and no one is in there.... When you call, no one answers the phone. I walked in and the customer service was terrible. I'm not sure of their names, but noone wanted to take my order, not to mention the fact that I was the only one in there. This location states that it's 24 hoursand the cook said she opens the doors at 7. I have given a lot of patronage to this store and they lack customer service. Ithink the cook was preparing food for her person, because the phone is inoperable and the store is empty. I will never visitthis store again. Read more
I've never had a bad Waffle House experience. I didn't see two of my favorites on the menu which are Steak and grilled chicken... but I've heard that you can still request them.. Read more

This was the best experience me & my family have had at a waffle house. We were here on vacation, this was a great end to it. ... The teamwork & dynamics they had was awesome! We were there while a young gentleman was in training & both the lead & cook washelping him & not degrading him. Thank to the waiter in training Matthew we had in making sure we were taking care of! First I want to say?. I RARELY leave poor reviews. & usually don?t have a bad experience at this location. The cooks & other... waitresses are AMAZING. But unfortunately this woman (believe her name is Derricka/Darricka) has been the worst the last 2 timesweve ordered Togo (we usually eat in). But honestly If I could leave 0 stars, I would. ****Just make the extra 5 min drive tothe OTHER Waffle House down the street. The older heavier set woman who was working togos today around 10:30am-12pm is RUDE &Argumentative. She doesn?t listen & rushes you when you?re ordering ?acting as if she?s annoyed to be taking your order. We willnot be going to this location anymore? it was that bad. But here?s the proof. At 11 we picked up our Togo order. Got home withit & it was wrong, burnt & disgusting. She argued with my husband over the phone on whether or not there were onions in the hashbrowns. She Even said ?I?m not gonna argue with you over onions, I KNOW they?re in there cause I ordered them? LIKE WHAAATTTT?!!Here?s a picture PROVING there?s none.
