I didn't want to give these Guys one star but I really had no choice. Their truck was late so they were out of Regular lids. So... instead of giving medium cups they gave 2 small cups. On top of that, They were out of mango and did not tell me until my drinkwas already orderedAnd paid for. Lastly, I ordered an avocado grilled cheese. It took them about 10 minutes to make it and whenI got it it had no tomato spread or bacon. I understand that their truck was late but this is really no excuse for shortingyour customer. The employees were helpful which is a good thing, but that's probably the only good Thing to come out of thiswhole experience. I attempted to visit this location Sunday, 9/11. Online stated they closed at 8pm. I arrived at 7:06pm, along with others, and... when I entered the young man said, "dang, we low key closing..." I stated that I simply wanted a smoothie, in which he responded"we already cleaned them." I could understand if I arrived at 7:55pm, but they had almost an hr left. If you're not going tostick to your listed store hours, because you don't feel like it, then you need to change your official open hrs or hire newstaff that's willing to work. I wasted time and gas. It?s a lot of children working here, and unfortunately, they do not have the best customer service skills. The establishment is... consistently out of fruit to make the smoothies. I actually like the smoothies and when they have fruit. I think if they had agood manager it would be a great place. Read more
I love tropical smoothie but this location is not it. The staff are outright rude. It feels like a bother to be served. The... portions are way to small compared to other tropical smoothies. Please make your portions the size that they are supposed to beand train your staff to properly communicate with customers. Read more
Food quality is pour!! Smoothie was made wrong. After I took several drinks from it to make sure the guy took it back and pour... it into a blender added stuff to it and poured it back in the cup and reused blender for the next smoothie. Interesting enoughhow do they feel about Hepatitis??? Covid??? Etc!!! Then I was here last week and paid more this week by a $1.79 then last week.Won?t be back here. Read more
It's great 60% of the time. But when it's off it makes you never want to come back. The smoothies are amazing and addictive... when made by the right person.. sometimes the flavor is just completely off like they forgot something or it's too liquidy for asmoothie. Sometimes you'll order ahead give him 20 minutes to make the smoothie and then you'll still wait 20 minutes once youget there. Great concept horrendous execution. Good variety of smoothies and a surprising amount of options for hot foods. I wouldn't say the hot foods are to die for but... they're certainly there. The smoothies are delightful and hit the spot just right though! I've had the avocolado and wassurprised by how delicious it was! Read more
