If you want dry and cold rice and raw fish then you?ll enjoy!!! I can easily tell the cook didn?t care. Everything cold!!! If... freshly cooked or even on a warmer it would have been at least warm. Tribal Pot, a repeated response if y?all care won?t meananything to me when I?m served raw fish. What happened? Y?all USED to be good smh Read more

If I could give no stars I would. You should be ashamed of the food you serve people. The egusi soup was terrible and oily. I... asked for no meat and I got nothing but meat and barely any soup. I attempted to eat it and the fufu was made wrong to. It waseating pressed nasty mash potatoes. I will not be ordering anything else from this nasty restaurant. Read more

If you are a Nigerian or want to have a feel of Nigerian food in the Atlanta area just look elsewhere because what they sell as... Nigeria Jollof, fried, efo riro at this restaurant is GROSS. Fried rice is just half cooked curry rice mixed with mixedvegetables literally, no oil,no salt nothing Moinmoin is stale and slimy Efo riro: made with uncooked palm oil and spinachplus maggi Dodo/plaintain: fried in a very hot oil for one sec. So it black on the outside but not cooked in the inside No, amnot trying to spoil anyone?s business.I just don?t want anyone visiting Atlanta like to get robbed of their money and go to bedhungry like I did. FYI: Don?t buy a Nigeria meal at a restaurant that doesn?t have a eat in option. If I was served that in aphysical restaurant I would have walked away and not pay for that nasty meal. I learnt that the hard way. Just eat McDonald?sinstead. Read more

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. This is not authentic Nigerian food. The ?pounded yam? legit tastes like and had the... texture of instant mash potatoes. The ?Efo Riro? aka ?Nigerian stew? which was suppose to and normally comes with assorted beefmeat came with all bone and fat and a clump of spinach really a disgrace. I should?ve known when I asked for the total over thephone and whoever told me $25.. now that I?m looking at the reviews which is pretty mixed but most are saying the same I don?tknow how this spot is still open it?s insane. They must have people they know leaving reviews please do not waste your time ormoney here. Read more

1st of all, the flavor is so tasty. They give ample portion sizes. However, I picked up my food and it was a little cold...... nothing a microwave couldn't fix. But still disappointed that it wasn't piping hot as expected. I ordered the Efo Riro withpounded yam. So flavorful! I will be back.???????? Read more

THE FOOD IS NOT PREPARED FRESH I know that there are some things that restaurant can't always make fresh but everything I... ordered seemed to be frozen and then packaged for delivery. The plantain were stale...the puff puff were OILY AND STALE. Theyreally sprinkled some spices on some mundane oven crinkle fries and sent them cold and stale......and you have the nerve to sellthem for 5 dollars.....your pictures are fake if this is what you 're selling. The food was terrible. I ordered Red Snapper, beef suya and jollof rice. It was all burnt. The suya was so burnt that I just... decided to throw itpo away, the red snapper was burnt and appeared as if they tried to scrape the burnt parts off, and all ofthe food had a funny smell to it. I?m not sure if the food wasn?t fresh or if it was because they were trying to mask the burnsmell. In other words it was a waste of $48. On should?ve just made the drive to Ike?s cafe. Read more

Okay soo to echo some of the negative reviews, the food took forever to come and part of my order was missing but WHO CARES WHEN... THE FOOD IS THIS GOOD!!! I?m visiting this weekend from DC and I?ve have never had Nigerian food that?s THIS authentic at ANYrestaurant in America. I have eaten at 4 different west African restaurants in Atlanta and the food at Tribal Pot is in a leagueof its own. I usually don?t even like too much spice, but I did not care with this food. It was just that good. I felt like Iwas in Lagos once I took the first bite. The only thing that could have made it better is if plantain was on the menu. Thatwould have completed it for me but the food is just sooo good. I ate my leftovers for breakfast this morning and it tastes evenbetter the next day. If you like that authentic smoky taste in your jollof that most restaurants skip, this was exactly that.LOVED it! Read more
