The food here is decently good, just based on that alone I'd give it 4 or 5 stars based on the item (the milk tea is pretty... tasty, and I'd say the best flavor out of the shops closest to me, but I wish there was an option for no ice on the menu, assometimes I don't want the end of my drink the be watered down). However, ordering food is terrible. I've been here multipletimes and half the time my food arrives missing a component for the item I ordered. It's rather cumbersome to carry the takeoutpaper bags since they have no handles and are stapled shut, so I don't bother checking till I get home, and by then it's far toolate. It's even more frustrating when I've paid extra for an add-on and then find that I've not received said add on (or evenreceived something I asked to not be included). I honestly wish the workers were a bit more careful when fulfilling orders andactually read the order all the way. I'd recommend checking your food before leaving (as this has happened enough that I don'ttrust leaving without opening the bag and checking my food in the future), and I don't think I would trust them enough to orderany item that has an allergen you want removed or other non-default dietary restriction substitution because of this. They need to do a better job of deglazing and cleaning their woks after cooking. There was a strong taste of burnt food in my... dish. The person I went with and I also had mild food poisoning after eating here. Their other locations are fine, but I don'tthink I will be back to this one. Read more

Love this restaurant. Their boba is top notch. The chicken in their entrees is high quality. Rice is very good. Everything I?ve... tried is delicious and servings are a good size. They stay busy that?s a good sign, too. Read more

Great Food. Love the Chicken Tikka Don't take their spice levels lightly. Their boba is Mediocre. Extremely slow service,... especially if there more than a couple of orders. Would recommend going in only if it's empty. Otherwise you'll wait 20min onaverage for just a boba. They really need to work on their order management Read more

I ordered the Asian Crinkle Fries because they sounded like a unique spin. ?Sesame oil scent and sriracha mayo?. Soggy cold... typical American crinkle fries. Sriracha mayo? Barely flavorful nor spicy. Waste of money. Threw them out. Crab & Cheesespring roll? Tiny, about 3 bites that tasted like cream cheese and zero crab. I am thinking ?crab imitation? to be honest, butI don?t want to blindly accuse. Another waste of money. Small Drum Salad looked nothing like the photo. Like a pre-cut saladblend I could get at TJ?s or Publix. Chili Lime Vinaigrette was bland oil. Chinatown Lo Mein, which is what I THINK I got b/cthe menu on Uber Eats was not like the one on the restaurant?s website, was the only decent thing. Large serving, reasonablygenerous with chicken and beef, but teeny tiny thin noodles that looked nothing like lo mein and was quite a bit oily. But Idid eat it. Read more
