Been a fan of the chain but haven't dined in for quite some time. I decided to have a quick lunch here recently. The atmosphere... is arguably the same. The kitchen greeted us when we arrived. This being our first time returning, we asked to browse the menubriefly. The menu design and options look appetizing to say the least. I ordered a curry and a side to balance what I expectedto be a wholesome dish. Within minutes, we were seated and our food came right out. Let me premise by saying I enjoy worldcuisine and embrace it's bouquet of different aromas.. our food was slightly pungent the moment it arrived. Optimistically, wegave it a try. Plating alone, i agree with other patrons, the portion sizes have adjusted; that's fine. I understand. Theactual food looked stripped down versus what's sold on the menu.. our chicken looked like Tyson grilled strips that they justsat over a bed of overcooked rice then smothered with curry and crushed peanuts. The side looked no better. Shortly, Idetermined I couldn't stomach another bite and just got up, and I'm glad I did. Upon returning to my car, I slowly felt my bowlsturn and experienced slight lightheadedness. A simple nod from my body not to eat at this location again for at least some time. Read more

I don?t like to brag about businesses, but this location has got to be the best food I have ever eaten. I always get the Bangkok... sweet chilli chicken. Each and every time, the food is consistent and absolutely mouthwatering, as if God Himself seasoned thefood. I?ve tried eating elsewhere, and I just keep coming back for my fix. At night I think of what will happen if they move, Ihope they don?t!! If they do, I?d have to pack up my wife and belongings and follow. That?s how good the food is. Read more

Wowww....I drove from work in Canton, GA because I was craving this food, which is usually AMAZING. U pon taking my carryout... back and about to start eating. A long strand of black hair, not mine, was in the food upon opening the carryout dish. I calledthe restaurant back and let them know. The associate told me the manager was not in, and as soon as he got back they wouldrefund me my money. I still have the receipt from this week but NO REFUND was processed and I had no lunch that day. So this iswhy the 1 star for me but normally their on point. Read more

So, I want to say first and foremost, I love Tin Drum. I've loved them since they came to Atlanta and I've loved them through a... long steady decline. Today I arrived and ordered the Drunken Noodles. I was having a little back pain and so, I decided todone inside to give my back a rest. Thr ordering experience was cumbersome. The cashier announced 'I can take whosever is next' and then promptly excused herself while she typed on the screen for the next few minutes. Then she asked what will I have, Iordered the Drunken Noodles and Crab & Cheese rolls. She instructed me to insert my card and then mumbled something and turnedthe screen towards me. The card reader was still prompting me to wait. And I didn't know what to do so I just mentioned it toher and she told me that it would tell me what to do. Ok...After another minute the screen changed to the tip page. I wasinsulted but I left a tip, thinking maybe she's new. I went to the back and found a space and about 12 minutes later my foodshows up. I dunno, it looked kind of small. Maybe it was my memory, maybe I imagined it being bigger than it actuallywas. Then about 5 minutes after I start eating the wait staff brings me my veggies.. apparent the chef forgot to add thembefore the served my food. These are just young people working here and what happened is a management problem. It's clear thatnobody trained them and they are just winging it. They could do better. The owner could just be milking the business, maybethey are burned out and it's showing. Again, I love Tin Drum but I'm writing this review because I think they can turn itaround but the manager and or owners need to pay more attention to this restaurant otherwise nostalgia is going to run out. Manager has been nice every time I visit. They have menu items that can be turned vegan, including fried noodles, and they?re... ramen. I like the veggie spring rolls and the firecracker fried cauliflower. Read more

Very cool little Asian restaurant. The sesame chicken dish has a kick but very good. The Tokyo crinkle fries, spring egg rolls... and fried cheesecake drumroll is really good. Read more
