Baby, this place is disgusting. All the men staff in this place of business are all useless to the T. They all deaf when... answering which sides you want, the shrimp over rice is spoil seafood, a toddler can do better greens then what they areoffering, they serve water down deserts that is stale, they catch attitude like you OWE them something, over-charge like theystuff is actually worth the extra cost, and the customer service is just as worse as the taste of the food there. I?m real realconfused on how they are still in business because THIS AINT IT. They can reply to this review, but it won?t matter or changeanything. Change management and cooks back there and and get better STAFFING who has ears like a deer to LISTEN to understandyour order and maybe they can be at least DECENT from what they are now. We bought the Thanksgiving package. I was very disappointed with most of the entrées. The dressing did not have any vegetables,... it was just like stove top stuffing. Just stuffing only. The potato salad had too much water. The collard greens was very saltyto where it was not edible. I have used this service before, and the food was good. However, this season, it was horrible. Service was Horrible!! I felt like I was bothering them. They made my food and took about 15 min to charge me for it. Lady was... yelling at the cashier in front of a store full of people. The poor kid had to walk to back t compose hisself. Then she keptscreaming cashier! Cashier! Cashier! Trying to call him from the back. I?m sure he has a name and she knows it!! after all thatthe food was less then mid. The greens nor green beans had any flavor. I thought I had the Rona and couldn?t taste my food!! Wow i don't know where to begin. Let me start with the positive, the staff is very friendly, however they are extremely... slow! I got a half slab of ribs and to sides and it took them every bit of 25 minutes! The Mac and cheese and greens were goodhowever the ribs were tough and at $27 a plate I expected much better I probably never will return Read more
New in the area. First time in this establishment. Customer service was very rude. No one but me in the restaurant. It seem like... I was bothering them. Got to do better with Customer service. Don't think I'll be back at this location. Read more

So I went to the to go to location on camp creek and order the catfish nuggets with collard greens and green beans. I got home... and the first bite I took was the collard greens and boy was there a surprise. As soon as I put the fork in my mouth I feltsomething pulling. I removed the food from my mouth and there was a long gray hair in my food. ???? I called them to let themknow what happened but the line was busy. So I called the full service location on damp creek and asked for the manager. Iexplained to the manager what happened and she apologized and told me that I had to talk with someone at that location. Iproceeded to tell her that I was unabated to contact someone at that location in hopes that she would help. Smh. She told methat they didn?t close until 10 and that I can take it by there today or tomorrow. I assume this happens often because she wasnot worried about handling my complaint. I won?t be visiting any of their locations may more. The hair was so long and entangledin the greens that I can pick up a clump of greens with the hair. ????I?m done. Read more
