The young lady on the cigar bar side was great. The young lady with the dark, thick brows gave us attitude when we wanted to... order. I understand that the cigar bar side didn't open until 5. My first visit and definitely will not be my last. The hospitality was AMAZING! Good vibes, food and drinks! Tiffany was amazing... with the recommendations for drinks. Everyone was so welcoming. So disappointed lost for words. I called to resolve the issues over fried fries and the OILED drowned wings salty as sugar honey... ice tea! Was told to come back by tomarrow for a reorder. I live an hour away. Id spend the gas money to come back. Refund mydebit card please! I came to this location to have lunch with my friend. They recently changed half of the location to a cigar lounge and the other... side stayed a bar. The service is slow. There were only two people working and the waitress/bar tender was horrible. I had to goup to the bar and ask for my bill and it still took about twenty minutes to get the bill and my Togo order! The bathroom on thebar side didn?t have any tissue. I told the waitress/bartender and she told me to go on the cigar lounge side and use therestroom! I thought that was lazy of her; I?m sure she could have looked for some tissue but anyways the wings was the onlything that was good about this place! Read more

I went to the Tavern last night. Trini and Hennessy were very rude. I was sitting at a table and a server never approached me or... greeted me so I went to the bar. Trini advised that I could order with her then had an attitude while I was placing my order andtold me she would send somebody else to order with which was Hennessy. They both stated that it was cash only for the paymentbut the next person at the bar paid with a card. It makes me never want to go back. They really should learn how to treat peoplewith respect and have good customer service. As you can see she is on the phone but not attending to customers. Read more

The service sucks. I ordered my food and it took almost an hour I tired canceling my order but the trainer had a attitude... because I asked for fries that I ordered with my to go order, then I was told that they only had one cook which I thought hadnothing to do with me. If they were really customer service oriented I would have been told that prior to my order. I was therefor a birthday celebration but I?m highly doubtful that I will patronize the place again.
