I ordered uber eats. The restaurant is 8 minutes from my home but my food was extremely cold and my fries were over done. This... wasn?t due to the delivery drive being slow as I was able to track her in the app. Very disappointed that the staff gave me coldfood. The ambience was really nice. However, the food was not flavorful or appetizing. I had the Fried Lobster Mac and Cheese. It was... very bland and not worth the price. I expected a well-seasoned, flavorful lobster tail, but was displeased when I tasted myfood. Though the size of the lobster tail was sufficient, the taste of it did not satisfy my taste buds. I actually enjoyed myself at this lounge but unfortunately they overcharged my account. I had a bill of $49 + $2 tip and I gave... the server my credit card to take out the bill and when I checked my statement that night it was the right amount that was takenout. 2 days later I receive a notice from my bank saying I was charged an extra $48 from Lions den restaurant and lounge andthey?ve not been picking up their calls to tell me when I incurred the $48 bill. And the scary part is this was done after Ileft that place so now I have to get a replacement card because idk how they took $50 tip w/o my authorization (2days later)Andthat was my first time there so it?s sad to be left with such a bitter taste in my mouth. This place is AWESOME, a hidden gem in my estimation. The food is remarkable, the atmosphere is electric, the drinks are stiff... and stay flowing, and the hookah is A1.???????????????????????? ... btw, it's no small consolation that it happens to be oneblock from one of the greatest strip clubs in ATL, Follies!! I?m confused on their 4.8 star rating. Our experience was TERRIBLE! We ordered wings it took her 15 minuets to come back and... tell us thru didn?t have wings. ??????????? So we got the tenders instead. That was another twenty minute wait, when we finallygot the food the fries were rock hard. I thought it was a joke ????. I sent them back.
