I attended Friday night for the club scene, the place looks great. The girl that takes the money at the 2nd door is very rude.... You pay by cash app and she gave very rude, smart remarks about it (like people are use to paying with cash app at the door),rolling her eyes and just giving attitude while trying to get their cash app to pay. I wanted to leave right at that moment. Thedoor fee 20.00 is not worth it, food was over cooked to be the price it is. Just not a pleasant experience at all. I took nicepictures though. Read more

White lady bartender is messy and likes to gossip about customers and will ruin your experience. Everything else is fine. They... play good music you don’t hear everyday. Crowd seems fun. Food is good. Read more

Nice ambience. The live pianist was on point. However, they were out of a lot of menu items. Our first waitress took over 15... mins to even bring a menu to the point where we found someone else to assist us. Traci was great. Very attentive, gave us cleanglasses for our bottomless mimosas unlike the other waitress whom we never even knee her name. Other than that one bad apple.Nice place, food is good as well! Read more

Arrived when opened at 2 pm for late Mother's Day meal. No spinach dip and some mozzarella sticks didn't have any cheese... inside. Finally begin receiving meals about 4:30 and over half of it was cold. The steak and rice with broccoli was warmed upso the steak was well well done and casserole was browned on top. Although management gave a decent discount and remade food togo, it left a sour taste for the restaurant and its cook. Gave 1 star due to the pleasantries of the waitress. I expected abetter experience since it reopened 2 months ago...remodeling is more than appearances so now food quality and various otherthings need upgrading also. Read more

In all fairness, the restaurant/lounge was packed for brunch. But... We arrived around 3:45 p.m. Brunch ends at 4 p.m. We waited... a few minutes to be seated per the sign near the door. After no one came, we found our own seats at the bar. After approx. 20min., we got drinks. But we never received our food. The bartender seemed overwhelmed, but she was nice. She apologized, saidthe kitchen staff admitted it would take a long time to switch from brunch to dinner (why? The restaurant stays open until late.So what should the customers who've places post-brunch orders do for "a long time"?) and offered to comp the drinks. We ended upleaving hungry around 5. Where do I start, slippery floor, leaking roof, flickering lights, 2 people slipped and fell due to the leaking roof. Our... server was extremely nice, but it doesn't substitute for poor management of the location. The kitchen was extremely slow,waited almost 2hours and still didn't eat. The radio station 87.7 advertised unlimited mimosa for $12, they're on the menu for$15. After telling them we were leaving because we were tired of waiting for our food and watching other people get theirs,the manger wanted to charge me $30 for the mimosa. Let's just say I didn't pay for anything. Then the valet couldn't find theperson who had the keys to our car, we had to wait in the rain for 15 mins. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. IF THEY DON'TADDRESS THESE ISSUE THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS VERY SOON!!!! Read more

Paying 60 to get in BEFORE even paying for food is dumb. Then the security AND management think it’s okay to charge 20 for... parking and 40 to get in and you not even be able to order food period. Me and my homegirls 3 total went Saturday night and Ipaid the 20 for parking. Mind you we ONLY wanted to eat. We ALL pay 40 a piece to get in BC they said we can’t get food w/opaying entry. That’s over 100 dollars. For the bartenders to tell us to find a waitress for her to say it will be over anhour? Matter of fact the kitchen is closed?? Carlos the FAKE manager said boo boo oh well. He don’t care about reviews. As amatter of a fact. This review will help them grow bigger. I have NEVER been anywhere and have been treated this way. I willNEVER come back and tell everyone to not go. Me and my friends go every weekend AND spend the money to get in and on they weakstrippers. 80 total dollars wasted to argue with a fake manager and NO FOOD. My party was there Wednesday evening on April 18th . We were a party of about 6 to 10 people. Two of our party, Jeff and I,... showed up around 5pm. Others of our party trickled in later. We were there primarily for the all-you-can-eat crab legs. ChefJohn stopped by and ensured us of a good experience. We then had several servers offer assistance. The servers were Taylor,Char, and Destiny. We found out that Destiny was actually offering hookahs. Char was our actual server. I'm not sure who Taylorwas. Char brought chips and salsa around 5:30pm. It was not to our liking. The chips and the salsa tasted cheap and storebought. We decided to order around 6:15pm. By then, we had about 6 or 7 people at that point. Char, our server, was not aware ofthe all-you-eat promotion. She checked and said it was OK. She took our order. It took about an hour or more to get ourfood. During this time, there was a gentleman, named Harrison, who offered various hookah flavors for us to try. We FINALLY gotour food and started to dine. The food was OK with the star of the show being the shrimp. They were delicious. There wasanother gentleman, I think his name was Dre, who came by and offered free drinks. Several companions accepted the offer. Weordered several more clusters. It took an average of 45 to 60 minutes to get additional clusters. It was a painful andfrustrating experience. Other dining companions had various complaints about the mac n' cheese, no red velvet waffles, and thespinach not tasting very well. Everyone agreed that the shrimps were fabulous. On another note, the décor, particularly thewhite sofas, was magnificent. The experience seemed to be very haphazard and disorganized. Read more
