This location is usually good but my sandwich that I paid 8 dollars for looked like this?.not so appealing

This was my first time trying this place and will most definitely be my last. The general manager Alex that was there was so... rude I was trying to get a better understanding of the breads that came with the sandwich and I guess that frustrated him. Hewas huffing and puffing the whole time he was preparing me and my coworkers meal. I didn?t know if they toasted buns here butwhen I asked it seemed like it was a problem. Long story short I didn?t feel welcomed AT ALL. It almost felt like I wasbothering them. I work in the food industry and we would NEVER treat our guest in this manner. I ordered a ham sandwich, broccoli bacon bliss salad, potato salad on 6/30/22 via DoorDash. I received an order of chicken salad... that expired 6/28/22, an order of broccoli bacon bliss salad which expired 6/28/22 & a ham sandwich that smells like it?s beensitting outside for a week. I called the store to be told there?s no manager on duty until next week. When I said I?d be callingthe health department, I was then told a manager will be there later today. The worker told me to contact DoorDash for a refund.This is not the issue. The issue is they?re selling expired food. All food is in the trash. Honey Baked Ham is ALWAYS the best answer! The food is fresh and delicious, delivered on time, and has a great presentation. ... The staff is professional, friendly, responsive and reliable. For example, I had an important meeting and expected about 8people. I ordered for 10, but approximately 15 showed up! Lunch was due to start in 15 minutes and I was in a pickle! Icalled Honey Baked Ham to quickly get additional food and they accommodated me without issue. I flew over to the store, pickedup the extras and made it back with five minutes to spare! Came in some lady with braids was working didnt greet me at all. When the total came up she didnt even say anything just... expected me to swipe my card. Handed me my change back didn?t say thank you or anything I won?t be back. Need better associatesworking back there. Rude!! Read more

This is my first time trying their sandwiches and I?m already thinking of coming back tomorrow for lunch! I tried the Tavern... Club and it is hearty! The meat is thick but moist. I substituted the multigrain sandwich bread for the bakery roll and I?d doit again!! I also tried the smashed potato salad and it was pretty good with the sandwich. Not the kind of potato salad I amused to since it had shredded cheese inside and was peppery in flavor but it was tasty. The staff is pleasant too! Michele wasvery helpful and patient. Read more
