Terrible marketing idea by HBH for Thanksgiving. The coupon for $5 off is only good on 11/19 & 11/20. So you have to buy your... ham and other food extra early, freeze it, remember to thaw it, then eat watery, mushy ham since it was frozen. But I go anywaywith the coupon and am told you must pre-order on-line and pick-up in the store. You cant walk into the store, show thecoupon, and utilize it. Truly false advertising. The coupon did say "order on-line", but did not make clear that was the onlyway to get the savings. For Christmas and Easter you will see me at Sprouts or Whole Foods. Never again at HBH. Read more
I think I probably just had the worst club sandwich from this place. It was basically just a turkey sandwich with barely... anything on it. Oh, and they forgot my bag of chips that are supposed to come with it. I should have gone anywhere else buthere. Read more

Disappointed!! Walk in service starts at 10am the day before Thanksgiving. Didn?t find this out until we got there!! Nothing on... the website or Google. The worker standing outside stated they were only accepting online orders. I tried to go online andcouldn?t order anything!! Read more

Ordered online for a takeout family meal - this was my first time so wasn't sure what to expect. I showed up before my pickup... window and the ladies who were working jumped into action and put my meal together in less than a minute and were so incrediblykind to both myself as well as walk in customers that came in behind me. The ladies working on Wednesday 4/27/22 need a hugekudos for their customer service! So refreshing compared to the service (or lack thereof) you get anywhere else in ATL. Great customer service! They work very fast to get the line down!!! I will definitely be returning to this location. The... prices are fine with me because it's VERY convenient and delicious!!!! So for people who complain about the prices. Justgo to the grocery store and make your own ham, Turkey and etc if its that big of a deal. Also leftovers you canfreeze!!! The Ham is good but the Roasted Turkey is quite possibly the best turkey you?ll ever eat. For $111.00 I got 2 turkey breast and... 4 sides. Easily food for 6-8 people.
