The food is good when it's good but portions are nowhere near as advertized. Staff looks like they came from homeless shelter.... And the place is super ran down and dingy especially for the 5 star prices. Look to spend $100 plus per person and be sat at awobbly table with a wrinkled tattered table cloth and a filthy cigarette burned chair. Read more

This place deserves zero stars. I went in hopes of supporting a Black owned business but left disappointed and angry. I should... have known something was up when they didn?t have anything I ordered. No potatoes, no lamb chops, nothing! So I ordered lobster, fries, and corn bc they had no sides. I received the lobster tails but couldn?t eat them because they smelled burnt. They werefried in old grease and the scent was smelled before I took one bite. I told the waiter the issue was advised that theycouldn?t fix it nor would they take it off of my ticket. So I was stuck paying for something I couldn?t even eat. They serve lowquality meals then refuse to take accountability for it but still get paid. This place is a scam and I wouldn?t recommend anyonewaste their time or money on this establishment. I ended up at Hobnob where I received great service as well as a tastymeal. This place is full of hype from the Ig images but as you can see below, my plate looked nothing like the presentation onIg. Read more

First time here and I really enjoyed it. I was able to be seated right away. I was impressed with the customer service and the... team work. Our waitress had just been sat a large party. Her teammates came over within seconds of us sitting down, greeted usand let us know what was going on and stated they will be assisting her. The drink recommended to me was really good and theyeven made it a little more sweet for me. I ordered the steak and a side of Mac & cheese. My friend had the fried chicken. Foodwas great Read more

The location is setup somewhat like a club. You have to wait in line outside for entry. We arrived right at 12p and it opened at... 1230p so we didn't have to wait long. I ordered the lobster tail & gumbo grits and my friend & I shared salmon croquettes. Thereis no a la carte ordering so we just had a whole extra plate for the croquettes.. The lobster tail was fried to perfection butthe grits were lackluster. They need some salt & a bit more seasoning period. The shrimp in the gumbo gravy was a bitovercooked. The mimosa was good but I ordered that since they were out of their lemonade. The kool-aid was good. Overall, it wasa decent experience. I'd like to return to try their lunch/dinner menu. Read more

So this was our 2nd time visiting the goodz the 1st time. The wait was too long. This time we walked right in and sat. Our... waitress was amazing. She let us know food is cook to order so it would be a min. We understood. That?s cool. We get our foodabout 45-1hr later. All of our food was cold. I mean every dish. I had lamb chop Mac and sweet potatoes. The bone of the lambchop it self was even cold cold. The yams tasted like they were cooked for 7 hours. So super tuff. My Wife had lobster. Herlobster was fried very very hard. She only ate one. Cuz it was so hard. At the end of the day. Everything that look good is notgood. That?s what I realized after going here. I?m from Detroit myself so I was trying to be supportive and begged my ppl to gowith me. But not so good experience. I hop things can get better. Good luck. Read more
