The juices ate great but I just waited for 25 minutes for someone to return to the kiosk and no one ever came. There was a sign... posted that said ?be back soon? with no indication of how long/what time ?soon? would be. Total waste of my time and terriblecustomer service. I was craving a bubble tea and since Cumberland Mall is right down the street I decided go. I?ve tried the Piña colada once and... the strawberry wasn?t bad. Compared to other tea bars like Kung-Fu Tea and Tiny Bubbles Tea Bar, this place is tolerable. Iwaited in line while the girl taking orders stood there talking to her friend. Another girl behind the counter was fixingdrinks for another woman waiting. When I was finally acknowledged, the girl told me I?m sorry we are closed this (pointing toher friend) was our last customer. Really? Smh. That?s what happens when you have lazy teeny-boppers working for you. Thecustomer service needs revamping and because my time was wasted, I will never spend my money at this place again. I tried the Vitamin 123. It had a good flavor. Everything is fresh right in front of you. I wish it were blended with ice. It's... a good concoction. Prices were about what you'd expect around the Cumberland area. I'll be back. Read more
