Food was all cold and gross. Taco Bell would have been much better! The manager was incredibly rude while trying to get a table... complaining that he did want me to sit my 8 week old in a car seat down on a table because it would take my wife too long toorder food and other people might want the table ( she was next in line and the restaurant was empty). He rolled his eyes at mewhen I asked if would could get an extra bowl to put some cheese dip in for one of the little kids. The manager then stoodaround our table of 5 adults 3 kids and asked my mom mid bite if she was finished with her plate. Read more

It is rare but Edie thank you for a vegetarian chef special plate. Pesto Black bean enchilada with rice was delicious. Always... good food and a fantastic staff. Especially the bar staff. Read more

This place is excellent. I?ve been here since I was a kid and nothing has changed! (And that?s perfect) the service is still... very fast, the food is incredible, and it?s a great price especially being in Atlanta. Highly recommend! It does get very verybusy at dinner and especially on the weekend, so lunch during the week is a great time to try! Read more

Party of 2 for Dinner The taqueria is located in the Westside Provisions on Howell Mills Road. There is a medium sized parking... lot that can get kinda packed.  I was lucky enough to find an available space.  The lot is affiliated with ParkMobile so youcan electronically purchase your parking.  As we arrived at the restaurant we stood in line, reviewed the menu and placed ourorder at the counter.  After we ordered we went to find our own seating outside, on the covered patio. The menu had about 5-6taco options and a good assortment of other Mexican choices.   I ordered 2 fried chicken tacos and a side of jalapenocoleslaw.  Wifey ordered 2 carnitas tacos with chips and guacamole.  The beer menu was very respectable with about 12 optionsincluding some craft choices from local breweries.  They also have a full bar if you are looking for something stronger thanbeer.  I even saw another table order a full margarita pitcher to share, so that is another drink option. Our food came outpretty quickly.  We really enjoyed the food, wifey said  the guacamole  was very good and had a little spicy kick to it. They have multiple staff members walking the floor and checking in to see if everything is good with your meal.   We enjoyedour food, the service and overall ambiance. Stopped in with my friends for a late lunch. Y?all really hyped me up with the reviews. The line moved quick, inside is kind of... tight but we had an overall decent experience. We shared a salsa trio, the salsa was good. I had the shrimp rolls and Mexicanrice and both were okay. The rice was a bit over cooked. We also had a Margarita, it tasted good but my friend and I both hadheadaches a few minutes after drinking it. Read more

1.8 | whew, this place's only redemption was their queso. I'm not sure what's the hype around this place, but it was definitely... somewhere that seemed popping due to the line always being so pronounced. I ordered a taco and enchilada. the taco was wet, which was an odd experience because I didn't expect the brisket to be boiled? it lacked flavor, but once I added the salsas, itwas a little more tolerable. unfortunately, I took two bites of the enchilada with the mexican rice and didn't finish it. theenchilada tasted like it was based in some sort of Southern gravy, which my friend pointed out was probably quite accurate asthey had a cookbook about Mexican and Southern cuisine. that concept feels quite on brand for not only that dish, but thepopulation this restaurant attracts. I can easily say I hated the enchilada dish. the rice tasted as if it was softened, thengot a bit crispy and dry sitting in a rice cooker. I'm not sure if this was an off day, but given this has also been theexperience of a friend, I doubt it. thankfully, their prices are cheap, so it was only a $10 regret. Read more

Delicious tacos! I get three tacos, which are pretty filling, along with some chips and salsa/guac. Highly recommend the brisket... taco. I only gave four stars because I expect refills at restaurants, but they hand out drinks in cans. Also, one bathroom sinksprays everywhere. Other than that this was a great experience! Read more
