When we arrived for dinner at 7, the host honestly acknowledged that there were only two servers on staff at that time, and that... it would take about 10 minutes to be seated. We agreed to the wait, and it turned out to be the best decision we could havemade. ???? Our server, Kyle, was happy, extremely competent, and ready to provide great service with a smile. Food was good, onpar with what you expect from a Taco Mac, and everything arrived hot and as ordered. Kyle was always perfectly timed withrefills, and we had a great time. While we were eating, we noticed several other servers coming on shift, so the two serverproblem was only temporary. A great experience. Thanks! Read more
Very bad experience. We were there around 1.15 and they said kitchen closes at 12:15 and they already had the last call for bar... too. I don?t know any places the have last call at 1:15. The customer service was very bad. You can clearly see the employeedosent wanna work and were doing what ever they feel like. Such a big corporation and very unmanaged and untrained staff. Read more
Huge draft beer selection, server friendly. But one star for bad the quality of prepped food which is terrible. Ordered grill... chicken plate that came with lemon rice that was let out to dry hard crushed. Definitely old lemon rice which is leftover ricethat has been sitting air dry? This was my visit. They were busy, and I guess having the lack of servers, I received cold chicken wings, and the southwestern... egg rolls taste like they were microwaved. This restaurant received a 3-star thanks due to the BARTENDER!! She brought her "A"game and saved the visit. Thank you, Amanda!! Read more
