Went to this location with my family today and got no service. Staff was sitting outside at the tables. No sense of urgency to... service us after watching us walk inside. I come to this location often as I work only 5 mins away. I never had any issues. Food is always right and HOT, even the cheese... sauce cause I tell you that?s rare at any tacobells. I?m amazed on how many bad reviews they had for this location. They?reamazing. I always go through the drive thru and it?s always fast and I still get back with enough time to eat. They deserve around of applause well atleast the lunch time crew. It?s always the same ones working when I go. Y?all are awesome. Read more
Donno why I see 1 stars but as of today 10/3 . Who ever made my food was on point. One of the better Taco Bell locations I?ve... been too. 1. They got the order right 2. It was fast 3. We pulled up to the drive thru the lady over the mic asked we come inside to order. So we proceeded inside there were no other... guest no/no line. I ordered a #6 (2steak chalupa Supreme w/ hard taco Supreme. My man ordered 2 lunch wraps (1 steak 1 chicken)after waiting approximately 10 to 15min for my food. I'm then notified they have no chalupas. So then I substitute for #1 Iasked for all supreme. None of my tacos had tomatoes on it and all of them were so wet the bottom of the shell was mushy. This place is hit or miss. I asked for light tomatoes & got light cheese too ?? I shouldn?t have to ask for extra cheese to make... sure that I actually have cheese on my taco. Stop skimping people. I can count the number of strands of cheese on my tacos &this isn?t what I asked for. Read more

I?m honestly disappointed I?m leaving a review since I come to this Taco Bell frequently because it?s close to my home and I... know the level of quality they produce. I never leave reviews but would like to spare everyone?s time looking to eat herearound 10PM w/ this shift/ manager on duty . I ordered a chicken quesadilla and when I made it home I immediately noticed itdidn?t have grill marks followed by it being cold along with the cheese barely only being melted 50%. I took the order back andthe ?manager on duty? was unprofessional and failed to take accountability for the error in the order but later admitted shedoesn?t know what the cook prepared and wasn?t responsible for the mishap. She proceeded to yell and made it seem as if remakingthe order was due to them being sympathetic. Once I received the remake I noticed the same error (pictures below) and she toldme to leave and slammed window in my face. I?ve never received this level of embarrassment from a restaurant for a mistake theymade and would hate anyone else to have this type of experience where they are spending money. I?m personally never visitingthis location again but for anyone looking for a late night snack PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE while that manager is still employedalong with current staffs performance. Customer service inside is horrible. Waited for over 20-25 mins to pick up a door dash order. Only 3 people working. They left... the inside customers hanging while they continually worked the drive thru customers. People in the lobby waiting 20-30 mins fortheir food. No one came to the counter, they just kept working. Horrible at this time of day! Read more
