Multiple items were missing, which has happened numerous times in the past. My biggest issue is that multiple times we've... ordered food from this location and the Columbia Drive locations and have requested Diablo/Fire sauce. Each time we may receive1 or 2 packs of mild sauce. This feels absolutely intentional as it has happened on more than 3 occasions and 2 packs of sauce(that include the only flavor that wasn't requested) for the amount of food items we order is ridiculous. It wouldn't be a bigdeal if it hasn't happened almost every single time we order food, if our orders were actually correct, or if it was a mix ofsauces or an appropriate number. When you order a meal and part of the excitement is the sauce and you are continuouslydisappointed, that really sucks. Read more

The last time I was here the service was amazing and very fast. I had ordered and gotten to the window in no more than a minute... and a half and my food was ready. I know they didn't have it premade because I ordered with a customization, they just workedvery quickly. Read more

Say what you want to say, but sometimes Taco Bell is all you need, and this Taco Bell is my go to when the craving hits... occasionally (who am I kidding- weekly). I place a mobile order, my food comes out okay and the staff are nice, I?ve never had abad experience. Also, it?s the perfect location right in front of a Target. Get your comfort food and eat it in the parking lotand then get your retail therapy on at Target. Read more

There?s a sign on the door that says ?Mobile orders only inside? yet their door was locked. Despite wanting to eat inside on a... rainy evening we had to go through the drive thru. They said their GM required the sign to stay up despite their dining room notbeing open. Not sure how Chick-fil-A is so well staffed and seems kinder and happier. They?re clearly doing something Taco Bellis not. Read more

Please Improve your drive thru service and hire more staff. Please don't bring excuse of corona pandemic shi*t anymore. I should... not have to wait 40 minutes in drive thru to pickup my order which I placed online and already paid. That is stupidest policy oftaco bell. Read more

I live walking distance to this taco bell and will drive an extra 10+ minutes to go to another location... They're extremely... rude and slow, they have signs saying to come inside for pickup orders but will yell at you if you try to come in. Their hoursare inconsistent at best (they're constantly closed when it says they're open). They also make some of the worst taco bell foodI've ever bad Read more

For some reason without fail this drive thru is always a new definition of busy. I don?t understand how the drive thru is so... slow and that?s all you have. You aren?t allowing people inside. Seems like that would make it that much faster but it doesn?twork like that I guess. Be sure to bring your patience when going to this location. Oh and be sure to check your order beforeyou pull off? this location is by far the worst! there?s only one car ahead the other one before that is already gone! there?s a long line and... the lady is just not answering anyone in the drive-thru! people have been in line since 9:20pm! this is unprofessional. theproprietor NEEDS to hire a completely new night staff, get rid of these managers as well. Cars are steady pulling up and someare even leaving. That is what they want people to do so that they can ride the clock! Update: it is now 10:00pm Car in frontof me places a small order and as soon as i pull up, they say system was down. Said manager name was ?Marcus? another lady ishere with braids. We are drivers and they are messing with everyone?s money. Just because you want to clean and ride the clockfor money is unfair. Read more
