My potato taco seemingly used some potatoes that had been prepared earlier then "refried" to heat for my order; they were tough... & extra crispy. Not very appetizing. Drive-thru was SLOW. Read more

Me and some co workers walk in during lunch time and there?s a line, so when the manager sees us she starts yelling at us to use... the kiosk but on top of the kiosk was a sign that clearly says ?card only? and we?re paying with cash so we wait in line. Twominutes go by and the cashier hasn?t took our order and is just looking at us and the manager hollers at us again to use thekiosk, which I then tell her we want to pay with Cash and not card.. a customer then told us that it?ll give you the option topay with cash at the end. The manger could have just explained to us that it takes cash instead of hollering like we?re someidiots when they clearly have a sign that says card only. Read more

Once I got over the fear of using the order kiosk, the experience was great. They only have two kiosks, one was out of... order. They don't accept cash. Credit or debit cards only. The Drive-thru is open. The food was great. Will definitely go thereagain. The dining area is closed. Read more

One star only because I have to select one to proceed. I just left this location. I ordered a #8 Beef with no tomatoes and sour... cream. Get to the window, the cashier tells me that?s not what I ordered with way too much attitude. Of course I know that?swhat I ordered because I?m allergic to tomatoes. I?ll be taking this up with corporate. The attitude is so unnecessary. There?senough tension in the world. If you hate your job, quit. Otherwise treat others with the same respect that they give you. Just left and the drive thru line was extremely long, but it moved very fast. Was looking for a healthy option of food around... 945pm and I thought of the protein bowls at Taco Bell, there are only popeyes, kfc, churches, little caesar, etc. The drive thrulady was super nice and patient while I was ordering they the drive thru screen. I asked for extra hot sauce and pointed out mybeverage was wrong.. and she gave me NO ATTITUDE!! She quickly apologized, we made a joke, & laughed it off. This is unlike thefast food employees of today.. Such a sweet disposition and a hard worker. She said her name was India (7/12/22). Not sure if Ispelled it correctly but thanks for this experience and the food was good too! Read more

Ordered via Taco Bell app to be ready at 12:15pm. Couldn't order Sweet tea from app. Arrived at store at 12:13pm. Unable to... order Sweet tea from kiosk it only lists Unsweetened. Tried to get the attn of the kitchen staff on 4 separate occasions bysaying excuse me. My order finally came out at 12:25pm. I was told by one of the kitchen staff to order tea ad unsweetenedand they will make a sweet tea. My order was correct they just put it into the wrong box. The Veggie Mexican pizza was labeledas beef on the box and vise versa. Glad to have the pizza back. The food was late but they prepared it well. Read more

Although my order was accurate, the food was delicious especially the NACHO PARTY PACK, and my combos were well organize; THE... WAIT WAS WAY TOO LONG. They haven't opened the interior to the public yet unlike most restaurants in the metro area, so the lineis always extremely long. I don't know if they are short staffed, but I know if they can get that line moving a faster, andmaintain the quality of good looking/ tasting food, organization & accuracy; I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT MIND CHANGING THIS TO AFIVE-STAR REVIEW.
