Salads always are yummy ! I typically get the catfish bowl with spicy broccoli and avocado . Today I got that with the blackened... chicken ! Adding a he cilantro lime dressing medium and it?s a hit ! I?ve always wanted to try their drinks , so my salad proAsia advised the kombucha ? she must have known I was just talking about detoxing and getting enough probiotics in ! And BAM !FTW sweet green never fails . My only hang up is the economy is high so $30 for a salad and drink is a lot but at least I?meating good ! I came in today for lunch and really enjoyed the experience and food. Immediately after walking through the door, we were... greeted by the team. Dream and Asia helped us out today and took the time to explain the menu and prepared the food super fast.The dinning room was clean and tables were wiped at the end of each meal. Im giving a 1 merely because of this location. I've been to multiple sweet greens and never have had a negative experience,... until I came here. I genuinely try to give businesses a fair chance before I write them off. After 3 visits here, I definitelywon't be back. The customer service here is non existent. Employees look miserable , especially Bonnie. On our last visit,Bonnie made both myself and my boyfriend extremely uncomfortable. They stared at us, whispered to their coworkers and laughed.While they did that, I took a couple pictures and video for proof. We informed the employees that we were new customers and we did not feel welcomed. Many of their selections were unavailable,... the bread was stale, and they were out of a lot of sauces. There was one employee who was very nice, but she seemed to be theonly one. The skinny African American gentleman who fixed the other bowl we purchased was very rude, and gave us a hugeattitude from the moment we got in line to order. He rolled his eyes from the time we spoke all the way until the time we walkedout of the door. Likely the same guy from all the other negative (but accurate) reviews. Only the girl wished us a good day.The portion size was entirely too low, especially when the building is right next door to a Chipotle, and in walking distancesto countless other GOOD restaurants. The service could improve from the removal of the gentleman I spoke of. He may be themanager, so its not hard to imagine why the atmosphere feels so unwelcoming and why the customer service is awful.
