The food looked really good up it was not hot. I had the breakfast buffet. It looked really appetizing but the grits, biscuits,... chicken sausage and scrambled eggs were luke warm at best. The biscuits were hard and cold. $28 is too much to spend for coldfood that is supposed to be hot. Read more

I had the breakfast buffet at Sway. The food selection and quality was fine, but what really wowed me was the service. We were... served by the loveliest lady. So incredibly friendly and pleasant. It made me sorry to be leaving Atlanta. Read more

We were promptly seated, and then ignored by the wait staff for a full hour while they served the groups that came in after us.... Was told that they would be with us shortly when we waived folks down, but entire parties were seated, ate, paid, and left inthe time we waited. For $25+ a person, I'd appreciate it if they would at least give to our table to get a drink order. Update:to add insult to injury, it made us all sick. Read more

We used to stay at this hotel and always got the breakfast buffet here, but we were too late this morning, so we went for lunch.... I know this place is overpriced because they are in a hotel, but come on: $4 for an iced tea? My shrimp and grits were $26 anddid not pass this Southern chef's muster. You can tell they cooked the grits in plain water. If they switched to half broth, half milk the taste would be dramatically improved. The 5 shrimp were well-cooked and flavorful, and the little sautéed peppersand onions and bacon added some much-needed character to the bland grits. Service was friendly and this seems to be afamily-run operation, which is nice to see. The sweet tea was still warm when presented, which tells me it was fresh and alsothat they were unprepared for the flood of thirsty Southerners on this hot day. Hubby's $16 turkey sandwich was well-stackedand packed with flavor. Smoky bacon, tender turkey, fresh crisp lettuce and sliced tomato, with a tangy aioli and a nice slab ofpepper Jack. My advice? If you want breakfast here, get up earlier and get the buffet, because the shrimp and grits is theclosest you're gonna get after 11am. Read more

First, dusting my stay the servers were outstanding. The food was really good specially the pizza, but then the next day was ok.... My third day was great. Love the place even though it gets crowded, but the staff will go out of their way to get you in. Myguess is depending on the crow, the quality might vary. It?s a great place and I would def recommend it. Read more

Ordered the Shrimp and Grits and it had scrambled eggs with sausage. The food high key wasn't that great especially for the... price of it all. Everything tasted extremely bland and really only ate the eggs. Read more

We stayed at the hotel during Market, and dined twice out of convenience. Staff was very nice. Was very dirty, floors looked... like not swept in days. Table cleaned but sticky. Breakfast buffet $26, and nothing was hot. 3-4 salt/pepper shakers emptybefore found one. Dinner buffet $25 and again luke-warm. We dined elsewhere. Read more

I had the apple pancakes which needed more flavor such as brown sugar, little nutmeg and cinnamon. The home fried potatoes... needed salt and pepper . The Staff was very friendly. Very Nice restaurant inside Hyatt. Read more
