The food was amazing. Wonderful experience. Be prepared to wait. We had a reservation, and still waited 30ish minutes. The... waitress flat out sucked though, and there is an automatic 20% tip added that she did not deserve. Both tables on either sidecomplained to the manager about her. We never got silverware, even after asking twice. We sat for 30 minutes before she eventook our order. The other servers seemed to be fully attentive and awesome at the other tables. The drinks are so good. Themusic was great. The mood is just fun and happy. I'll definitely bring the kids next time. Read more

It was a nice experience. The server was pleasant, the sliders were good. Our drinks were also good. The food was not so great.... I ordered the Cajun chicken Alfredo; it was dry and did not taste good. My friend ordered salmon salad and said it was verysalty. So maybe the basic food is more their specialty. But we still enjoyed ourselves. Read more

The Sugar Factory in Atlanta did not disappoint. The food and drinks were amazing. Never had the chicken and waffles there but... the chicken was soooo good. Our waiter Dom was the best. He was so helpful and attentive throughout our visit. The colorfulpancakes are my child’s favorite so always a hit when we have those. I highly recommend this restaurant. Read more

This review is for Dec. 30, 2021. My SO wanted to take his teen to a unique restaurant so we decided to eat here despite the... negative reviews. So we were seated by staff at a table. Later on after we received our drinks the manager came and asked if shecould move us to another table. She offered 1 free dessert as an incentive for us to move. We moved. Later a huge party camethat seemed to be having dinner after a funeral at the restaurant. So I guess we moved to accommodate them. We ordered thechocolate cookie jar milkshakes, the People's Watermelon Cadillac Margarita (came in a plastic margarita glass), Chicken &Waffles, Fettuccine Alfredo and the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. My Waffles were hard as a rock and the chicken was straight. Theother dishes were nothing special. The money spent here we could have ate better somewhere else. Read more

The restaurant is beautiful and unique. This is not just a place to eat and get dessert it's an experience. The restaurant was... well staffed, they cleaned in between patrons and sanitized the chairs. My server was Zion. He was warm and open to questions, offered suggestions and was able to up sell us on more food. He came over just enough but didn't over do it. The only thingthat I didn't like is the bathroom was horrible. Dirty, pamper on the floor, paper towels spilling over the trash and on thefloor. Read more

This place was very crowded, we did walk right in though. The service was very slow, we waited at least 15-20 min just to get a... drink order in. Anyways we got the magic cotton candy drink which was really cool and huge! The other drink I ordered was thechocolate mudslide martini which was also great! For food we ended up with the Rainbow Sliders which came with a free rubberduck. The other was just the regular sugar factory burger and fries. Food was good too. After getting the check it was a littleexpensive for the little items you end up getting but the drinks for about $40-50 each were very large though. Read more
