Never ever are they stocked. They really need to close down. By 12pm they are out of bread meat toppings drinks chips etc. I am... NOT exaggerating! I go once a week.. well I made a decision yesterday to never go back. The ladies in there are some of thesweetest ppl you ever wanna meet. Makes no sense why they are never sent supplies to assure that they have what they need to besuccessful! Yesterday was no wrap bread other than white and no sub bread other than white. Last week no lettuce must usespinach no pepper jack only provolone no banana peppers only jalepenos.No jalapeños only pickles.. no chips no cookies nodrinks...even the fountain machine was broken. I don't understand how this place has an A. Oh yes I do..bc there is nothingthere to inspect!... Shame on whomever manages and or owns this location. Ridiculous. Read more
This is the worst subway I?ve ever been to. Everytime I order something if I?m not there it?s messed up or missing multiple... items and just looks horrible. These people don?t care about customers. I?m telling you do not eat here. Don?t give them yourmoney. If I was the owner I?d fire whoever is working there and start over. They are screwing your subway up. Read more
Racist. Stopped to use the bathroom & get a drink. Bottled drink was hardly cold so I grabbed a cup and got ice. An employee... told me they charge for the cups so I asked how much & he said $2.06 LOL. I told him I wasn?t paying that much & he said blackpeople steal, not white people (I?m white) ???? Read more
Worst Subway in metro Atlanta period. never coming back after several tries. Walking distance from my job but I'll just have to... walk/drive somewhere else. They never have everything on the menu and today I got the skimpiest Cold cut Combo I have ever seen.Go to the one further down ponce and save yourself the frustration. Always out of a ton of items and said it?s because they are too busy. Not one or two items but a lot! Now they put of a hand... written sign that it?s due to supply chain. Guess that makes them look better. Too bad because it?s a great location. Read more
I must say my experience at this subway downtown Atlanta was magnificent. I can?t accurately express how great the customer... service was. I was greeted warmly from the moment I walked in the door, the establishment was very clean and polished to the T.I was unsure of what my stomach was making of my appetite, but to say the least the young lady preparing my sandwich asked theperfect questions to help guide me in the right direction. It ended up being the best steak sandwich concoction I?ve evertasted. Lastly, I tried to personally offer a tip to the manager and she refused and suggested I take my two little girls forice cream being it was a beautiful day outside. I went to the subway today for a sub but they didn't have any subs. I got an excuse about a truck not arriving while they are... making bread which they didn't cook in time behind them. I was then offered something I didn't want a 6 inch wheat, all they hadleft at 1030-11am in the morning. I decided to take it since im hungry. The employee starts making the sandwich with a nub thatis about 4 inches long. This is when I decided to leave and i will never come back. Awful..... Store looks worn down and it was hotter inside than it was outside. One worker who was sitting eating when we came in... then came back behind the counter without washing her hands touching everything and thought she was going to make a sandwich forme and my coworker.
