I'm upset that I went to the store today at 2:05 pm just to be told they are close. Btw this location doesn't accept coupons.
When I went to the Subway there was only one person there and He was sleeping. I had to wake him up to take my order, he woke up... with slob all over his face and proceeds to immediately make my order didn?t wash his hands, or anything. He dropped my sandwichall the cheese fell off and it was just really sloppy. I told him nevermind and left. Very unacceptable. Read more
Every time I come to this subway I'm very unpleased. They always makes sandwich sloppy and when I ask to make my sandwich evenly... proportion they act is if that's a problem. Patrice is amazing with her superior customer service even while juggling multiple customers like a professional. Highly... recommend this Subway after attending another prior in the night. The other location gave poor service & without explaining &seemingly unaware how to take payment via the mobile app, left me to pass on my salad I had ordered with much difficultyalready. I went to this location instead & Patrice turned my experience around with more than I could ask for. I got a delicioussalad & was able to pay with the app with ease as is usually normal! Me and my coworkers went for lunch. We had a few questions about the fact they weren?t accepting coupons. The manager answered... quickly and as if she had an attitude about the questions we had.. While we were waiting this gentleman didn?t have a mask onand she said he needed to have one to enter so my coworker went to the car and handed him one well she was making two subs andhe told the cashier he was going to pay for hers and the cashier stated ?don?t do that for them.. do it for your own kind. The young man was amazing. He pays attention to everything and super nice to customers. He also was working alone with a lot of... orders. Management should consider paying him extra bc he made me want to come back again!! Please consider adding extra staffto reduce waiting time. Read more
I am very glad for this subway location as it's close to my house. However every time I've gone there its only 1 person working... and always a long wait time. There is an older lady who is always very nice and works with great proficiency. But I wentyesterday and there was a younger girl who was working who wasn't very nice and had no sense of urgency. My total wait time fromwhen I walked in and walked out with my food was 25 mins. I would love if they had 2 people working, at least during lunchhours, and had a talk with some of them about their attitudes. Read more
