4/17/2020 On Easter Sunday my sons and i went to this location to get food! I?ll Never visit this location again!! Worker was... texting on his watch while making my sandwich and I asked him to change his glove.! The manager told me that they didn have towear gloves to fix our food.! Georgia law she says! I asked her to show me.! She said no! She said they touch everything andmake the sandwiches I told her she was absolutely correct.! So I decided to leave.! Once I walked away she continued to talkabout the situation. Calling me all kind of disrespectful names.! And I walked back to her asked her what was her problem.. shetold somebody to go get security in which I didn care.! It was the disrespect for me even after i told her she was correct! This place is by the worst service ever!!! New worker was extremely slow which is understandable but don?t fix other peoples... order while my steak n cheese that u just pulled out is just sitting right there next to my bread. She then goes to cut thebread for the person behind me and add their chicken to it and place it in the oven!!! Mind you my steak is still sitting outgetting cold and not being made!!! I still didn?t get mad?what got me upset even more was when the so called other worker seemedlike a wanna be manager named Ashly white girl w an attitude comes out to fix the persons behind me and the girl fixing mysandwich and is finally done i step up in line to pay and the girl asks me something I thought she asked if I wanted anythingelse, but then it dawned on me she was asking if I wanted my sandwich cut? I said oh yes cut in half? here comes the manager w astank attitude talking to me saying ?you ain?t gotta be rude lady she asked u a question!? First of all I wasn?t rude? but Ivery well can be! She then proceeds to give the lady behind me her sandwich for free and tells her to have a good day? Everything about this place is disgusting and unprofessional. The so called ?manager?, (her name is Kenyatta) is extremely... unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. First I had to wait in line for 10 minutes, when I was the ONLY person in line,because the MANAGER and another employee were gossiping?? Then when she made my order, the manager did not have any gloves on. Iasked her politely could she put on gloves as it was unsanitary and she started to argue with me saying her hands were clean andits not like she had been scrubbing toilets?.EXTREMELY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! Subway is great usually no matter where you go! But the workers seems as if they don't like working there or with the customers.... Well at least this 1 lady. I have saw her at either the Subway on MLK Dr or the Subway next to Publix but both times areattitude is off. Her interaction with customers are off and my sandwich be off. The service was awful! I had to listen to the employee complain about how busy it was on a Sunday evening and how he will... never work another Sunday evening because of the busy flow. He talked about his personal life and even cursed 3 times while Iwas there. I was told the type of bread I wanted wouldn't be ready for 30 minutes yet while I was still in line making mysandwiches he pulled a whole top oven worth of the bread I wanted out the oven. We will never go back to this location. MightI add we had just left the Subway on Mlk in the Plaza with the unemployment office and the young lady told us she was closed. There was no closing time on the door and the door was still unlocked usually when an establishment is closed they lock thedoor. Came in the day, during the pouring rain. Absolutely no customers. The first thing the girl yells at me as I?m walking in ?Not... taking anymore orders.
