One star because zero is not an option. Rude, rude staff - sandwich maker. Sign on door that they are short-handed and are only... accepting online orders. Door is locked and only opened to those that have placed online orders and are there to pick up. That'sfine, no problem, I get it. But the rude, unprofessional sandwich-maker that opened the door, I don't get. I'm not the only onewho complained about this guy either. I left and went to the Subway at 2566 Shallowford Road for exceptional service - with asmile! The sole employee Valerie made my visit lighthearted. I'm becoming more intentional to socialize with fast-food employees as I... know how hard the economy is on everyone, especially in their industry. Over two large combos ($20) being made Valerie & Iexchange pleasantries & good vibrations were in the atmosphere. For the V Crew: The Patty, Italian, Harvest, HeartyItalian, Roasted Garlic, Ciabatta & Sourdough bread with the Tomato Basil & Spinach wraps are Vegan friendly. These employees have the worst attitudes. I called to see what times they open to the public to come in and order and the guy... answered the phone with the worst attitude. NO MASK! Woman workimg did not wear her mask while preparing mine and many other to go orders! Complete lack of disregard for... others safety. I extremely dislike this location due to their personnel. I will never go to this Subway again. I was so infuriated with the... young woman behind the counter due to her complacency and complete lack of customer service skills. I requested to speak tothe manager, who wasn't there to help resolve the problem. So, I left the store without my sandwich. I called the store later,and I was hung up on four (4) times. Sad but true! The lady that works late night at this location is always friendly she's a sweetheart and does everything just right. This is... the Subway closest to my husband's job and he was in here one night she got robbed they got robbed together with me on a videocall picking out my toppings, actually she's more like family now and she's such a sweetheart. Used to be a great store but went way down last few years. Apparently, all stores owned by same company closed.
