Customer service awful. If I could give them a - 0 I would. Ladies were mean, rude and just all around bad attitudes. Barely got... in the door, stood for a moment gathering my thoughts and they yelled at me if we weren?t buying anything to get out. Theyslopped my food together and I threw it away. Usually go by there often, and now won?t go back. Store hours are from 9am-6pm. I walk in the store at 9:45 to buy a simple... drink, only for the apparent ?manager? of the store to yell at me to ?give him ten minutes? with a mouthful of food. I persistsimply because im just trying to spend MY money to buy a simple DRINK in CASH. The clown could have kept the change and all,instead he then screams at me that ?WE?RE NOT OPEN MAN!!? At which point I enquire as to why the door is open and the sign ison, but I don?t even wait for an answer as I?ve already left to go somewhere else. I used to come to this shack often, and nowwon?t be back because obviously the staff and managers have no clue where they?re supposed to open and have no customer servicefor them to be unable to take 30 seconds out of their day for me to PAY them for a drink. Usually I have no issue with subway but every time I go to this subway a particular employee ALWAYS gets my online order wrong.
Usually I have no issues with this place but today was different. My sandwich sucked and the customer service was non-existent.... Maybe it's just the weekends but I could have sworn the service was much better M-F. Which is the only reason I'm even giving 4stars. Dropped by Saturday when seeing a show at the Masquerade, there's just nothing to eat around this area on a Saturday afternoon... but these guys were open and making subs. We were so glad to find a place we could sit down and eat a quick bite. Thanks! Read more
I had a coupon for buy one get one free footlong. The cashier rang me up, I scanned the coupon. She deleted the order and rang... me up again. Then said the coupon was already used. Snatched the coupon and said it's expired and tossed it in the trashcan. Read more
TOURIST BEWARE! Never in my life have I been to a Subway where "mozzarella cheese is $ extra". They barely give you any veggies.... Didn't have Parmesan cheese. The soda fountain barely had any syrup, so you were drinking 80% carbonated water. TRASH ALL OVERTHE FLOOR.
