I have to agree with these comments. The rudest staff ever!! We were there a couple of minutes ago. Staff was very rude when... they were taking our order and when we asked questions too. They also told us as we were about to pay that we couldn't use ourcoupons and made up a bunch of excuses (machine didn't work even though you could see it did, that they weren't participating inthe event even though they had the sign of the event outside) they also charged us more money for our food even though we knowit is cheaper!! This subway got my order wrong for the second time .I requested italian bread , she consistently put the wrong bread without... paying attention . I said American cheese, then she put provolone. I even spoke louder. I just accepted the order because Ishouldn?t be correcting an order that I clearly spoke loud about. Read more
I will *NEVER* eat here *EVER* again!!!!! ~~~ I bought a 12" veggie delight and a 12" tuna fish and one large drink, NO chips,... nothing else. The total bill was $28. Then, the drink machine sputtered out thin grey vile liquid that tasted like un-sweetenedmachine oil and cigarette juice. I complained and they .. eventually sent out an employee who does not like diet drinks anyway,and therefore could NOT appreciate how wrong wrong wrong this was. He REFUSED to correct the drink machine, for the drink I paid$3 for, and, since I paid with a DEBIT card, I could NOT get a refund. I did manage to shame the guy into letting me grab asmall BOTTLE of Diet Coke, which is NOT what I paid for... And to add to this, the store was un-clean, with dirty gritty floors,with had a non-zero trace of marijuana. This kind of store DOES *NOT* deserve to exist here, in UPSCALE Buckhead. Read more

Awful location with rude workers. Will never be back. After waiting in the front for multiple minutes without an associate to... take care of us, this franchise owner scammed my husband and I through cunning misrepresentation. While we had our coupon inhand for a BOGO foot-long, we were told upon checkout that their scanner was down and so our total for our 2 subs is $22. Weattempted to place our order online to ultimately learn that this is not a participating store for this promotion. Since we tookup his time, he jacked our bill up to $32! AVOID. Read more

I was over charged and I called to get it resolved they told me to come back and they will fix.
