Go to literally ANY other subways location I was treated so rudely after standing in line for 10 minutes! The manager has a bad attitude as well as another worker. I have had 2 bad experiences at this place and told the worker I was... going to call corporate his response to me was "We Don't care" at that point I left didn't purchase anyjtimg and will NEVERreturn. Read more
Food great. Everything was clean and looked and tasted fresh. Only problem is they let Walmart shoppers sit at the tables with... their groceries. There wasn?t an available spot for me.... a paying customer... they should have a sign that says for customersonly. Also, the ladies behind the counter never spoke English. Just pointed to things. Well, the employees don't speak and understand English well, which makes for a long wait and a frustrating order. The dining... room smells like body odor so bad you can't even eat in there. Dont get anything hot because it will be cold and you'll have togo back and ask to heat it more. Read more
Slow, not very clean, service is less than desirable. All of this could describe most Subways within a 10-15 minute drive of... this location. Try the location on Moreland Ave near Custer. Not far, and much better on all accounts. Still better than fastfood nearby, if you can't make the trip. Read more
Extremely rude and unfriendly. I placed an online order and also paid for the order online. When my friend went to pick up the... order after it stated it was ready online the gentleman stated he wouldn't give us the sub unless he could write down my idnumber stated. My friend didn't have my id because it's not stated anywhere that the id of the person placing would be needed topick up the sandwich. My friend pleaded that he give the her the sub but gentleman rudely stated no. He stated he doesn't getpaid for 3 party sales online. This behavior was highly irregular and disrespectful and whoever heard of showing a driver'slicense to pick up a $4 sub. If the store is Not ready to handle online orders it should not be an option.
