Not friendly and don't value their customers. Today was the 1st time I didn't leave a tip at an Subway.
I'm a little frustrated here because I just came by this Subway to get a couple of sandwiches and something to drink and you... guys were closed! Like why is no one here? Yes it is the 4th of July but and? It would be nice to obey Google maps so thatpeople know that you are closed on certain holidays. This place is getting WORST every time I come here. They have a worker there where you have to repeat yourself sooo many... times, and he still get it wrong. Most people know tomatoes don't go against the bread, makes it soggy if you're not eating itright then. You have to repeat yourself too many times with this person. It's a headache. Manager do something or losecustomers. They always have on gloves emptying trash or something when I come in, where I've had to ask are you washing yourhands and changing Gloves. They look at me like I'm wrong. Next step maybe health dept.(ring) The new workers need moretraining. Read more
I went to the Hosea location on Thursday, January 28th around 8:30pm. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted, but instead... did the greeting while he stared at me. I had to repeat every ingredient for my salad even as I increased my volume & enunciatedeach one more than the last as I became aware. I asked for Deluxe & he didn't understand so I then asked for double meat. Uponcheckout I said I would be paying with a gift card on my phone thru the app as well as scanning for points. I then waited forhim, but had to ask if he was ready for me to scan. I scanned & then waited for him who was again just staring at me, so I askedif it went through to which he said, "no." I double checked with him that it was set for me to pay with a gift card via the app,but did not confirm. Instead, he just asked me scan it 5 more times to tell me over & over that it wasn't accepting the cardwhich had $34.09 on it. Maybe the machine was working or maybe it wasn't, but without an apology for the situation & the manjust staring at me telling me it wasn't working. I told him I didn't want to use another payment so I was going to pass on thepurchase, but he should make the manager aware that it's not working or ensure he knows how to accept the phone payment on theregister. I went to another location right after about 2 miles away on Candler Rd & it was the antithesis of this experienceacross the board where I left pleased with my salad & payment of choice. Read more
This is the worst subway ever. First, they only have one employee. Period. Next, there are a lot of sneaky charges that inflate... their profits, such as the inability to buy many things a la carte. Tried to order a mini sub, was told it was the same pricewhether or not I got the combo. It?s 4 bucks by itself everywhere else. Food is fine, but it?s a ripoff. If you care about yourmoney, go elsewhere and save a few bucks. Read more
Disappointed that this Subway location did not have the small sandwiches advertised in the commercials. I did get what I usually... get so it was that bad. They do have a Chipotle sauce that I added to my sandwich and it was really good. Got a combo and Iliked that I was able to switch the chips for cookies. Read more
Just stopped in place was dirty garbage on the tables. The employee said they did not have time to restock the chips or anything... else. They were unwilling to clean up or restock. I won't be back. Read more
