Most of the time you see a subway at the airport and you're like "ehh this probably won't be good but it's my best option"- I... thought that with this location and boy was a wrong. This was one of the best subway experiences that I've had in recent memory.The ingredients were fresh and tasty and put together with great care and perfect ratio. This had to be the slowest subway ever, I think a sloth would be faster. We were waiting in line for over 20min and the... employees were taking their sweet time. You?re in an airport people don?t have all the time in the world. Did not listen had torepeat my order twice after it was already ordered. They forgot what I got.. Forgot a sandwich in the toaster and burnt it andjust didn?t care overall. We almost missed our flight almost a half hour total there wasted. Service was absolutely astonishing! Ms. Hayes was working tonight and I love her energy, her personality, & her sense of urgency... she deserve to be working else where with the work ethics she has. Never seen anyone with such good customer service in theairport in the last 5 years and she makes a difference. She Told me about the survey for a free cookie and she deserves to bepraised amongst her staff for her hard work. AMAZING ! I?ll be back to stop by on my next flight hope to see her again. Read more
They skimp on what you're supposed to get. When I order from Subway I usually get a 6 in egg and cheese on flatbread. It comes... with two full eggs. This is the only Subway I have been to where they cut the egg in half so it covers the length of thesandwich. If you want the second egg that should come with the sandwich you have to pay extra for it. Never again will I eatat this restaurant when connecting in Atlanta. Read more
I enjoyed my sandwich, and so did my guest. The server was very pleasant, complemented me. The young man at the register went... above and beyond assisting me to get my beverage as the machine was broken. Thank you. The tables could have used cleaning butthis can be a busy location. Read more
