Ordered online went to pick up, was told I had to have a mask to get my sandwiches. I didn't know when I ordered I had to have... one. And it's not a state law to have one. But was told I had to purchase one for 1.00. Which I had no cash, I ORDERED ONLINE!!And was then told by another employee it didnt matter I HAD to have one. Both workers spoke so softly I couldn?t understand what they were saying. The bottom part of my bread was soft but the top was... hard as a brick. The chicken strips were not fully cooked. I took one bite and had to spit it out immediately. I do not recommend anyone eat here. The workers are the most rude people I've seen serving food. The first time I visited, I... assumed the cashier was having a bad day so I let her rudeness slide. Second time, I didn't come back for a month. However Istill wanted to give then a shot because I believe in giving people a chance to do right. This was a mistake. I love this Subway location! It's right around the corner from my job and I occasionally pop in for lunch. I'm always impressed... with how efficient the staff is. Not only can they multitask individually but as a team as well - especially during a rush lunchhour! They get multiple orders done and paid for within 15 minutes! Incredible! I really regret stopping here. The two employees working were extremely rude to me, and yelled and cussed each other as I tried... to get through the sandwich. I was the only customer present, so not busy, but they literally turned their backs on me when Iasked for a napkin. The guy walked into the kitchen, and the girl left the counter.
