It must be new management at this location.I see a big difference. Not for the good.. This use to be one of my favorite ... location. I was able to give my sandwich to someone who really needed. The customer service is great! My vegetarian mom lives less than a mile away from this location. She has dementia and has been... eating here 3 to 4 times a week. I visited with my mom today, drove her to Subway, and Janelle, one of the sandwich artisansacknowledged her, greeted her and immediately started to prepare her 12 foot long tofu sandwich exactly the way my mom likes it.Janelle cuts it in half so she can have one for lunch and the other half for dinner. It warmed my heart to know that theyJanelle has elevated customer service to a whole different level by dignifying my mom by serving her respectfully even when wemay not always be there with her.
