The problems begin at the register. Coupons steered us there. It was peaceful, clean enough to eat. The attendant was friendly.... The tuna sandwiches ???? was good. The coupon scanner blinked but did not register the 3 footlongs @ 18.99 + tax sandwiches andposted a total over $33.00! Afterwards the attendant keyed it incorrectly @ $23.37 + tax. The client still wants refund of thedifference of around $5. The survey and the phone number on the ticket doesn't work to privately handle matters. This place is running some sort of scam with their prices. They will over-charge you, DO NOT LET THEM. Ask for a receipt and pay... close attention to the prices listed on their menu and how much they are charging you. They will also tell you to insert yourcard twice, even though the payment went through. I had to call my bank and get a refund, because they charged me twice. Read more
I did an Uber eats orders and all of my order was wrong. My sandwich was on the wrong bread, my chips were not the ones I... requested, and I requested a bottle drink and was given a fountain drink that wasn?t the same flavor I requested. I wouldn't recommend going to this subway. Perhaps my standards our a little higher because I used to work at one in high... school, but my experience was not great at all. Everything started out great upon entering with a friendly hello and welcome tosubway, but it went down hill from there. The work didn't care about how he made the sandwich at all. He immediately started offby putting everything in the middle of the sub instead of evenly placing the meat and cheese. This struggle continued with theveggies not being even distributed and being extremely stingy about the veggies. When I last worked at subway, it was a minimumof 6 tomatoes on the sub unless otherwise told. My man put three on my sub and thought it was good. Upon requesting more, heonly put one extra slice. I asked for one of the sauces to go in a little to-go container and he proceeded to immediately put itall over the sandwich. When I said something about it, he looked me dead in the eyes and just asked what else I wanted. Nothingelse said on the matter. No apology no telling me to screw off or anything. The rest of it went smoothly until I unwrapped mysub to learn that he only cut through 1/3 of it. This subway location is absolutely filthy ? there was a dead fly sitting on the cheese when I walked in. The man making my... sandwich was like ?oh you know with people coming in and the doors opening and closing it happens?.
