We decided to have our "Friendsgiving" at Stoney River before everyone scattered for holiday travel. The wait staff was... pleasant, following up each request with "my pleasure". The food was fantastic, specifically the Thai salad and the mushroommeatloaf. And OMG the rolls!! They are the love child of a donut and yeast roll. This was our first time. Great atmosphere. Our appetizers were great, the egg rolls. I went with the surf and turf which was... amazing. My only warning (not so much a complain) is their lobster bisque has a little sherry with it. It makes it taste weird.The manager came up and actually let us know because we didn’t even notice until we started eating it. The remade bisquewithout the sherry was great. Overall pleasant. This is our first time visiting. We visited on a Monday around 2 p.m. Apon entering, the restaurant has a welcoming relaxed... vibe, with a bit of professional service. Our waitress Ariel, was very professional, and very nice. My husband ordered theclassic burger with a side ceaser, and I ordered the Cumberland salad. The burger was seasoned nicely,and cooked perfectly whileretaining moisture. The salad is huge. And delicious. Had to take the majority home. TL:DR; The food is great, the service was a miss on our visit. I met up with our party of 4 on Monday evening at 6:00PM. I was... the first one to arrive, when waiting at the hostess station, it took a bit for them to attend to me to look up thereservation. Waiting for the remaining party members, we were sat down pretty fast after that. It did take a bit of time forour drink orders to be placed, and a good bit of time in between to food order as well till the server came back to attend usfor that. The rolls they bring out are AMAZING! The wait time for the food wasn't bad, and when it did arrive it was great! Allof our party members were satisfied with their food they received. Again really the biggest thing that felt was lacking was ourservers attentiveness for our party. And when we were first sat down, it wasn't like the place was even packed yet. There wereplenty of empty seats when first arriving. Obviously not the case later on in the evening when the dinner rush comes in. Therestroom was fairly clean as well. The place does have a nice ambiance to it. Overall I wouldn't mind coming back, but if theservice turns out to be the same it would be a hard recommendation to make. Read more

Where can I start. As you can see this Bone-In Ribeye was not only a great steak visually, but it tasted phenomenal. The Caesar... salad was great and well portioned as well. Service was a tad bit slow but it was made up with cake for my mother’s birthday. Read more

I have wanted to visit Stoney River Steakhouse for quite a while. My wife and I visited while celebrating our 31st anniversary.... My long wait to visit was not a disappointing one. The service was fantastic! We arrived twenty-five minutes before ourreservation, but they were able to seat us early, which was outstanding for us. The server was extremely helpful, since this wasour first time dining there. The food was the highlight! It was served faster than we anticipated, with it being the weekendbefore Christmas.
