My husband and I ordered waited in the line for over 30 minutes to order two large milkshakes, service was good, however the... shakes were off, they both didn?t taste right, so I called them because we already drove off but they didn?t answer. I calledmany times to give them a chance to fix the milkshakes but no one answered, which means they didn?t fix the issue, therefore Iam leaving this review. Would I come back here again? Still waiting for a refund for an order placed via app on November 6th. Google, the steak and shake website, and their app all... said the business was open. We placed an app order, my card was charged, we drove to the business, and they told us they wereactually closed and would refund the order.
