These people are so rude at this Starbucks. There is only a small few of them who are very nice. If you are getting a mobile... order from here forget it! They are not helpful. They tell you they aren't the ones doing the mobile orders with an attitude.On the app it says to ask a Barista about your order but how can you at this location they are rude. Read more
Nice meeting space and/or working solo space. Extremely clean inside, outside and even the restroom. I will definitely return.
The pineapple in the drink was freeze dried. Not my favorite flavor sensation. But the iced coffee was good.
Apparently this is a full drink. Avoid this store. It?s insane the employees think this is OK. They obviously don?t care about... their customers. Read more
My favorite location ever! Literally from coast to coast. Haven't been to a Starbucks half as good as this one. The staff is... always amazing, even when they have just joined the team. Everyone takes their time to know you as a customer and a regular. I'mgreeted by name every time I enter the store. Always a warm welcoming. Thank you Ansley team for being great all the time. COVID- no indoor dining area. However, there is plenty of outdoor seating at this ansley mall area directly in front of... Starbucks or area for general public seating. Friendly staff. Drink tasted normal, nothing was off. Lots of tumblerselection!! Read more
Plenty of seating to work or lounge. Only giving 4 stars because the big windows are dirty, and the 2 times of been here, the... staff isn?t particularly warm and welcoming and are missing the mark on that Starbucks customer service philosophy. Read more
This Starbucks always takes forever. I mobile order ahead by 10 mins+ to make sure my drink is ready. Now I?m sitting here 20+... mins after I mobile ordered and no drink. Additionally, if you order food, it always comes up way ahead of the drink so nowyou?re sitting here with hot food and no drink and you have to eat it right then because if not, it now gets cold while you waitfor your drink. I don?t think I?ve ever experienced such a slow Starbucks before. As a pro, the staff is always nice. But thatonly deserves 1 star. I can go go Dunkin and get my Americano much faster.
