Enjoyable beverage (albeit rather overpriced) conveniently located in the lobby of popular Westin hotel in Atlanta. Organized... layout, and rather clean dining area. Easy to recommend if you're staying at this hotel. Read more

Utterly useless. The queue (line) is about FORTY PEOPLE long. And then you pop there later on, hoping the rush has died to be... greeted by darkness and a sign saying "we close at 2pm". UNFIT FOR PURPOSE Read more

These people work there butts off. They were organized. Long lines and they stayed calm. Only improvement would be the person... taking the orders in the line wear gloves. He was touching the tops of all cups. Read more

Very disappointed in this particular Starbucks. I waited in a very long line on Easter morning in Atlanta, GA, located in the... Westin Downtown hotel, first of all. I get to the front to order my coffee, only to find out that I couldn?t use my Starbucksapp to pay, NEITHER Apple Pay. I know some properties don?t allow the app for payment, but contactless payments, to not beaccepting those in today?s world is UNACCEPTABLE. I am a very frequent Starbucks buyer and man, am I really upset anddisappointed at this Starbucks, enough words can?t explain. I will definitely remember this visit for the worst. Read more

Good service given location. They could have been more clear. I went during a busy morning and they forgot stuff. The second... time I went was less busy, but they weren't good calling out. Finally the morning I was leaving the hotel, after the convention,on a Monday the service was the best. Courteous efficient and even gave me a bag for my leftovers from a different restaurantfrom the night before since they saw I was loaded with bags to make it easier to carry my coffee. Read more
