I hate when employees are rude and insensitive for no reason. If I was a problematic customer it would make sense but the 90... year old white man name Dale at this location is just ridiculous. My experience visiting this Starbucks is like meeting my extended family, which is pleasant in the morning when most people... are grouchy but not here. The manager knows most of the customers and her team know most of the customers that come here andgreet them by name half of the time! Extremely rude. Really appalled with how they handled my daughter accidentally breaking a glass tumbler. No concern about her... whatsoever. The young lady behind the register just shouted ?you gotta pay for that? and laughed. Then an older lady (manager onduty I believe) come up to say ?that?s why you shouldn?t play with the cups and you want the price sticker now or I can bring itto the register?. My daughter bumped into the display, she was not playing with the cups. She was visibly upset and cryingbecause she felt bad and they embarrassed her by laughing. No problem, I?ll pay for what was accidentally broken. But no need tomake a child who was again visibly upset even more embarrassed. I literally just left that location. I was walking on the Beltline w my dog and stopped by to get an ice coffee. There was a... sign on the outside window saying that you need to go inside to order so I went inside w my dog. When I got there, skinny, talland white guy tall that my dog cannot be inside. My question is: how am I going to order when there's a big sign saying that Ineed to go inside? That was very unpleasant, unprofessional and racist. Stay away! Far far away! This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They do not know how to make coffee and when... you complain, the manager is rude and dismissive! I called their corporate office to file an official complaint. For a good cupof Starbucks coffee and friendlier staff, go across the street to the one in the Whole Foods shopping center. Read more
I came in this morning with my service dog as I take everywhere.. and the lady (coema) in the back said he wasn't allowed. I... advised her he is service and she smacked her lips and said sure I went on to ask how can you see his training due to how helooks. I live nearby and it?s almost laughable how many times i come up to get coffee and there is a ?back in 30 minutes? sign up? not... to mention they are not in fact back in 30 minutes. Or worse, someone is just simply not at the front during working hours.Extremely poor management, such a shame. Read more
