Look, I?m gonna be real; I get fast food workers go through the most and sometimes things take longer than expected, which is... 100% valid. Been there. However, I placed a mobile order at 11:23, which was expected to be ready at 11:35. It ended up beingready and called out at 12:10. That?s craaaaaaazy. I watched people who ordered 20 minutes after me getting their orders. Iasked if they got my order and they said they did, yet it still managed to take nearly 40 minutes to make the drink. All I?msaying is IF you?re in a rush to get to work or something, you?re RISSSSKING it coming here. Very nice staff though they?re thebest! :) Read more

This place felt like a dying coffee house. They were out of the thing that I wanted even though it was early morning. The... employees were happy chatting with each other but quite cold when interacting with me. There were homeless people sittinginside. The worst Starbucks experience of my life. Read more

Way too busy and waited to long for my order. This place also needs to stop allowing Homeless people in the building. They... really need better Security because I've seen several Homeless people stealing food right in front of them and let them get awaywith it. Change your Policies and Please Improve Read more

Standard push button, manufactured Starbucks coffee. Service is good like most Starbucks with a typical Starbucks atmosphere. It... can be very annoying an unsafe when some groups think they can hold board meetings and block walkways. I just wish they wouldchange the drive behind the building as it constantly causes traffic issues. Drivers block the entire road rather than parkingand walking. I've seen so many near accidents, I just hope no one gets hurt or killed just for people to get their Starbucksfix. Read more

Worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to?not even the Starbucks in the 3rd world countries are this bad. They?re slow unorganized and... have no clue of what?s going on. First off I ordered a pike roast size grande with ?steamed oatmilk? & a coffee cake and theCashier insisted he charge me for the steamed oat milk?which I?ve never been charged for ?steamed oat milk? at no Starbucks inAmerica(or the world) that I?ve ever been to. Second, there was only a little bit of pike roast left, not even enough to make ahalf of cup and the barista didn?t care about what I wanted and just mixed my pike roast along with dark roast for whateverreason. When I told her that?s not what I ordered and that I didn?t want my coffee mixed she had an attitude and gave me allitems separately to make my own cup of coffee myself. Guess she was having a bad morning. Third, after waiting so patiently formy warm coffee cake that I ordered?it wasn?t until I approach the counter to see if my coffee cake was ready 10 minutes laterjust to find out that I was charged for a coffee cake that wasn?t even available?I guess the cashier was having a bad morningalso. I kindly asked for a refund for the coffee cake and threw away the cup of coffee that ordered. Read more

Stopped by today and while the location was beautiful and they seemed to run efficiently, my drink was wrong and didn?t taste... good at all. They totally forgot the syrup in my drink and I just wasted $7 on a drink I won?t drink. It also tasted quitebitter like the espresso was burnt. Disappointing. Read more

Very nice store with a great view of the street. Walk here instead of waiting forever at the understaffed and often confused... georgia tech bookstore Starbucks. Read more
