Friendly advice: Don't use your App's Mobile Order and Pay here. At least five times now, I've ordered in the app, only to... arrive and to be told that their espesso machine isn't working or they aren't open yet (despite published hours to thecontrary). The team all seem very nice, but I would only purchase a drink here if you walk up and verify first that they canmake the drink. That's not always possible for me, so I stopped frequenting this location. Be warned. Read more

The steam machine is almost always broken so they can hardly ever make hot drinks so we always have to settle for something we... dont really want . This location is convenient because we live close but they let me down almost every time . Please get them anew steamer !!! Read more
I walked up to the Starbucks Barista and asked if I could borrow a fork. She apparently got really upset that I asked to... ?borrow? the fork instead of saying ?may I have a fork? in all honesty I thought the situation was very stupid and her attitudewasn?t necessary. Close down the Starbucks! It is the worst and its been that way for years. I visited the Starbucks for coffee. While waiting in... line, I watched the cashier fuss at the gentleman in front of me. That should have been my que to leave. I was already there andwas limited on time. When I got to the front of the line. I WAS TOLD THE WIFI WAS DOWN. I needed to order online with the app orpay with cash. I asked if there was a sign posted and the cashier pointed to the smallest sign and tried to insult me by sayingpeople don't read.
