My cashier was wonderful. But the baristas lost track of my order. I went to the counter to ask about my order. They turned it... around quickly, but I had been waiting for over ten minutes. The drink was okay. It?s hard for me to be impressed with pre-madedrinks. I might as well just buy a cup of ice and a bottle at a gas station. I wish there was a locally owned cafe nearby. Read more

I was at the Cobb Galleria from out of town and extremely deprived of my Starbucks (I?m a huge fan of Starbucks). After having... hotel coffee for 3 days I found this Starbucks. I did a mobile order (my preferred method of ordering) and my order was readywithin 3 minutes. They made me the best PSL I?ve had this season. I got a grande PSL, with soy milk, no whipped cream, 2 pumpspumpkin spice sauce. This is my go to order in the fall and it was delicious. I have visited this Starbucks many, many times and interacted with several employees. Though it is a very busy location, no one... is moving with any urgency. The Baristas are almost resentful. It?s likely they are understaffed but that being said, someoneneeds to teach them the meaning of ?hustle.? Tip: place your mobile offer atleast 20-30 minutes before you need it. Read more
