JACOB B refused me a 10 cents cup discount when I brought my own tumbler in because he said it had to be a "Starbucks branded"... mug. Every day, the other employees here give me this discount for helping the environment. The corporate policy IN WRITINGdoes not limit the discount to Starbucks cups, and when I showed him he said "well we don't answer to the corporate Starbucksbecause we aren't affiliated with them, and our in house policy is that you have to use a Starbucks branded cup" - he was moredetermined to lose my business than to lose 10 cents. The new staff have forgotten the importance of handling orders with care. The other day I cancelled an order after I witness... the barrister handeling the tea bags with her hands and not with the prongs that clearly sat near the tea bags for use.
